Chapter 60

Corey's POV

As Elton reached Navi's collar I tried to warn. "She will bite you" I said and he shrugged.

When he grabbed her all I heard was a bark and Elton, "Woah Navi!" He yelled and she ran off.

I looked to Elton and seen blood running down his hand. "Yo are you alright? She got you good" I asked and he nodded.

"Yeah I'm fine, call Devyn to get Navi. She's chipped right? Just incase..." he said and I nodded.

"Yeah she is, come over to this table" I said and started pulling his uninjured hand to a small picnic table in the middle of a random side yard.

He sat the camera down and pulled off his shirt.

"Help me tie this" he said and I helped wrap the shirt around his wrist. I pulled my phone out and called Devyn.

"What's up?" She asked and I took a breath. "So Navi ran out and we went to get her and she bit Elton and ran off. I need you and someone else to get Navi cause she got his hand pretty good" I explained and she gasped.

"Jake! Tara!" I heard her yell. "Okay I'm gonna get them, is Elton okay?" She asked.

"Well he's definitely gonna need stitches and he's bleeding out but we cut off circulation so he's good for now. Were down at North Melbourne Drive, I have zero clue where she went" I said and she huffed.

"It's alright we will get her, get Elton to a hospital or something" she said and I told her okay and we hung up.

I picked up the camera and Elton looked at me. "Jake Dev and Tara are gonna get her, we gotta get you to a hospital" I said and he looked at his hand and stood up.

"Can you feel it?" I asked and he scoffed. "Yes I can feel it, I didn't break it" he told me with a laugh.

"Your taking this way too seriously" he said and I just looked at him. "I'm taking it too seriously? Your not taking it serious enough! My dog just bit you pretty bad and you need stitches now come on!" I said with an angry tone.

I don't usually get mad at Elton but he's laughing it off like it's not that bad when it really is.

The car ride was silent until we pulled up into the emergency entrance. "Stay here and tell the viewers what happened" he said and got out, leaving his camera.

"Hello everybody, so it kinda jumped by a second for you guys but really it's been about 15 minutes since we tried to get Navi" I said.

"Elton and I are currently at the emergency room because Navi bit his hand and I'm pretty sure he needs stitches but um, Devyn has help to get Navi so yeah. I'll update you guys when Elton gets back" I said and turned it off.

I didn't sit in the car for long, only about 30 minutes until I seen him walking out with a wrapped up hand.

"What'd they say?" I asked as he sat inside my car. "So they put 8 stitches in because when she went to run, she pulled along and said that it may have torn tendons from the impact so I might not have full mobility but I should be good. Have they found her?" He asked and I looked away nervously.

"She hasn't called" I said and as soon as I did, I got a text.

D: Got Navi here, she will be in our room for a couple days.

C: Alright, Elton has 8 stitches.

D: Wow! I'm sorry that happened.

C: Oh he was laughing about it, didn't really care either.

D: Of course not, that's Elton for ya.
