I want to go to the future,
To see what happens of me.
If I become successful, or,
If I remain dreamy.
I want to go to the future,
To see whether I get drunk,
On affection, or on pain,
And if my life ultimately sunk.
I want to go to the future,
To check upon my family.
If they made it through,
And whether they're still with me.
I want to go to the future,
To see if I started anew.
But I don't want to go,
If I see that I don't have you.
