huh yunjin › seoul city (pt. three)

"We have arrived in Seoul city!"

Rubbing a little bit of sleep out of your eyes, you sluggishly stood up and stretched.

You leaned down beside Ye-in. "Ye-in. Wake up. We're here!"

Ye-in groaned and rubbed her aching neck, meanwhile, you grabbed the whistle that hung loosely around your neck, and gently blew into it (after waiting for Ye-in to get up, of course). Almost instantly, Oona jolted awake and jumped onto you, giving you sloppy licks all across your face.

"Oona, calm down, girl!" You giggled. She obediently sat down, allowing you to load the bag that you decided to keep with you onto her saddle, and then climb on, ready to jump off of the boat, take off up the hill, and towards the temple.

"Hey, Unnie. Wanna race?" Ye-in questioned with a competitive smirk, as she revealed her glider.

Your expression dropped and was replaced with a pout, as you realized that there was no way you'd win in that race.

"But you'll win for sure! That's not fair!"

"Fine, fine. Let's just go, silly Unnie." Ye-in flashed you a bright smile, and opened her glider, getting in position, and then taking flight towards the air temple. You hopped up onto Oona's back and gave her side a gentle kick, making her take off running up the hill.

When you reached the temple, you were met with a strong gust of wind smacking you right in the face and knocking you off of oona. You yelped loudly.

"Hi! I'm So Yoora, but you can call me Sora! I'm Yein-unnie's little sister, and So Jangmi and So Minho's second daughter!" A young girl suddenly came bouncing up to your fallen figure. She was practically oozing with energy and spirit.

You carefully stood up and stood by Oona. "Uhm, hi, my name is Y/N L/N. I'm the Avatar."

"I know!" Yoora squealed loudly as she hopped around your nervous figure. You were genuinely scared of how hyper and bubbly she was. Way too much for your liking.

"Sorang, come on, leave the poor girl alone." Ye-in interjected, walking up to the two of you. You wonder where she was at.

"Ah, Avatar Y/N. There you are! I trust that the trip here was nice?"

You whipped your body around to face Jangmi and Minho, with Yoora now standing in between the two of them. You bowed towards them.

"Yes, Seonsaengnim, thank you! And you can just call me Y/N."

"Very well. I have some things to talk about with you, come take a walk with me."

You and Jangmi left Minho with Yoora and Ye-in, as the two took a short stroll to one of the towers on the island. You walked into the spacious structure, and you immediately noticed the figure leaning against the wall.

"Uhm, Seonsaengnim, who is that?" You asked, beginning to feel slightly nervous for some reason.

"That is Huh Yunjin." Jangmi introduced.

Said Huh Yunjin pushed herself off of the wall and started walking towards you with her hands in her pockets. She had long black hair and glowing skin, along with being dressed in all black.

"I, u-uh-" You looked away from the slightly taller woman that stood in front of you, and silently cursed in your head due to the fact that she was absolutely gorgeous. "My name's Y/N L/N. Nice to meet you."

"Huh Yunjin. I'm your bodyguard, I guess, if the old woman hasn't told you yet." Yunjin chuckled and revealed a smile that you could swear is the most breathtaking thing you've ever seen. You felt your heart skip a beat, making you place your hand over your chest as you stared at her in awe, completely missing the smirk she was sending in your direction.

"Yah!" Jangmi sent a small gust of wind towards Yunjin. "I'm not that old, I'm only nineteen years-damn it-older than you!" She mumbled inaudible curses under her breath, and you and Yunjin just laughed.

"Whatever," Jangmi straightened out her clothes. "Well, Y/N, you and Yunjin can do whatever you'd like for the time being. I'll be with Minho and Yoora making lunch if you need anything."

Jangmi flashed the both of you a smile, before dashing off to go find her husband and kids. Meanwhile, you were trying to quietly inch towards the other door in the back. You really wanted to go to that pro bending match with Ye-in.

"I'm a bodyguard, did you really think you could sneak out? Where are you going, Y/N?" For whatever reason, you really liked how your name sounded, coming out of her mouth.

"Oh- Uhm- Y'know- No-nowhere? Why would you think I'm going somewhere? I'm not going anywhere!" You lied. You cursed yourself in your head for how unbelievably unconvincing your words probably sounded.

"Uh-huh. Real convincing, kid."

"Hey, I'm not a kid!"

Yunjin caught you off guard, as she was suddenly behind you, brushing your hair from off of your shoulder.

"You're the height of one."

You turned around and slapped her shoulder. "Yah, stop it!"

"Why? Wait- Aw, is someone getting flustered~?" She teased.

You looked away as a deep shade of pink slowly appeared on your cheeks. Yunjin reached out and pinched your cheeks with a cheeky smile. You grumbled and playfully glared at her.

"Now, do you wanna tell me where you are going, miss L/N?"

"Fine... Ye-in and I made plans to sneak out and go to a pro bending match. Tonight." You said quietly, crossing your arms as you looked down at the floor.

She tapped your shoulder, making you look up. "You can go,"

"I know, it's a bad- Wait, what? Really?!" You looked up at Yunjin with stars in your eyes. You're actually being allowed to go to a game that you've wanted to see since you were a young girl.

"Only if I go with you. Y'know, 'cause you're the Avatar and I'm your bodyguard."

"Fine."

A brighter blush burned on your cheeks when Yunjin placed a hand on your lower back as she led you out of the tower and to the main area, where Ye-in was.

"Looks like you and Yunjin have gotten pretty close." Ye-in grinned, wiggling her eyebrows suggestively.

"Yah! Should I, perhaps, tell Seonsaengnim and uncle Minho all about how hot you find that one pro bender? Cha Eunwoo, was it?"

"Unnie~!" Ye-in whined loudly. "You said you could keep a secret!" She complained as she began chasing you, who took off running around the temple courtyard.

She playfully tackled you in the grass as you both rolled down the hill, but you shouted for help.

"Yunjin!" You called out. "Save me from Ye-in! Pretty plea- Agh!"

Ye-in had put you in a playful headlock, when Yunjin came, and you watched in amazement as the eldest effortlessly slid down the hill and in an instant, Ye-in was facedown on the grass, and you were in Yunjin's arms.

"Wow, Yunjin, you're like my knight in shining armor." You joked, playfully smiled at her as she set you down with a chuckle.

"Yeah, yeah, now come on, I think Jangmi wants to teach you a few basic airbender forms for your first day here, since it's only the afternoon."

You gasped and squealed with excitement. "Yes!" You exclaimed. You grabbed Yunjin by the hand and pulled her back up the hill with you.
