*Inspired by the concept photos for the pre-release song on IVE's most recent album, I'VE IVE, titled Kitsch.

You grinned when you felt an arm around your shoulder and lips on your cheek.

"Hey," you said quietly.

Your cheeks flushed red as you held your books tighter to your chest once you saw her in front of you. She was clad in a pair of ripped jeans, a white t-shirt, and her varsity jacket. She looked gorgeous, especially since she was smiling down at you.

Her name is An Yujin, and she's a senior in your high school, and a few months older than you. She's on the basketball team, and she's quite the outgoing person. From the interaction the two of you just shared, people would think that you're a couple, but that's not it. You're just friends much to your dismay. You've had a crush on her ever since you first saw her a year ago when you transferred to this school. Someone had bumped into you, and instead of apologizing, they pushed you back down, but Yujin came to your aid and stood up for you, introducing herself afterwards.

And ever since that day, she's stuck by your side. After that, she introduced you to her friends and let you join the friend group since you were quite the loner. Now, the two of you are as close as two friends can be, but you long to be closer. Closer as a lover.

"What's on your mind?" Yujin asked as the two of you walked down an aisle in the library. You came to a stop in front of her, seeing as she was now leaning against a bookshelf. Her smile was too endearing, making your cheeks flare.

You began to stumble over your words. "I- I-I- You know, just, uhm, just stuff, haha." After screwing up the entire sentence, you crouched down and rubbed your ears, embarrassed.

"Aw," she cooed. She patted your head and chuckled. "Stand up, I wanna do something," she said.

You grew curious, so you timidly did as she asked.

"Good girl," she said, grinning.

If you thought that your cheeks couldn't get any more red, you thought wrong, because as soon as those words left her mouth, if felt as if your body was on fire. You bit down on your bottom lip and looked down at your hands shyly. That is, until Yujin placed a finger underneath your chin and tilted your head back up.

"Look at me, baby," she mumbled. Her voice sounded deeper somehow-not that you're complaining.

You immediately followed her request and let your eyes meet hers, disregarding the fact that you felt like you were going to melt in your spot.

She gripped your chin and smiled. "Thank you. Now close your eyes, darling."

"W-Why?" You questioned.

She booped your nose with her free hand. "Just trust me," she reassured.

You trust her completely, so you did as she said and allowed your eyes to slip shut.

Only seconds later, you felt lips on yours. Your body's initial reaction was to widen your eyes, but you kept them shut and simply gasped. Her hands came up to cup your cheeks as she moved her lips against yours slowly and with care. The kiss was gentle and delicate.

She let one of her hands travel down to your waist, and carefully flipped you so that you were pressed against the bookshelf. You smiled into the kiss when the hand on your waist came down to intertwine with your own.

When she pulled away, she peppered your face in kisses, while you stood there, breathless, and stared at her.

When her eyes met yours, she grinned once more.

She leaned closer to kiss your cheek again, and then pressed her body flush against yours, causing your entire face to turn red.

You felt her lips brush against your ear. "From now on, you're only mine, got it?" She whispered. She sounded serious.

You nodded meekly. "Only yours," you mumbled back.

She kissed your neck, a smirk stretching across her lips. "Good girl."
