HE NEVER NOTICED ME

CHAPTER-5

XAVIER :

I just just finished my meeting with the clients and entered my cabin , to see that there already somebody is waiting for me , I would have enjoyed her company some other time if i wasn't tired as hell ,"Get out " i said removing my tie and throwing it on the couch .

Immediately she ran out like a scared kitten , good for her , she knows no one messes with me , i sat on couch tiredly and saw the time 5:30 , a small smirk appeared on my face , SHE must be waiting for me , good for her she should know to Whom she agreed to marry.

I entered the restaurant  by watching me, the manager ran towards me and hurriedly said "Good evening sir, your table is ready" he said , i nodded my head and went towards the table to see a girl whose back is facing me , I can say from here she must be beautiful, but trust me looks can be deceiving, it's just an experience saying.

She impatiently checking her time and continuously tapping the table with her blue beautifully colored nails , as i reached the table i cleared my throat , she immediately turned her head and immediately got up.

I walked towards the opposite table and sat ignoring her, she must know whom she is messing with , by now she has unbelievable expression on her face, which is definitely worth watching for me.

She sat quietly and about to say something, i just cut off her by calling the waiter, He quickly came and bowed down and asked " Good Evening sir, What would you like to have " I replied " Shrimp Fra Diavalo  and Baked Rigatoni !"

He quickly said " What would you like to drink "? and he glanced at her and said "Mademosielle" then she also gave the order quickly, Surprisingly she ordered heavy food and hear i thought girls being conscious when it comes to food.

 Waiter disappeared after taking our orders, i thought she might be waiting for this moment to start conversation but how wrong Iam, she is just glancing at the lights above our head, looking at entry and glancing here and there, except me.

I cleared my throat, she glanced towards me, there was a small smile playing on her lips, before i can catch she stopped gosh she look beautiful, when she smiles.

What the hell Am I even thinking about, i said " So, Why did you said Yes to the Marriage?'' i just came directly to the point.

She might have startled by my question she replied "Our parents thought we would be perfect for each other and i don't want to disappoint them by saying No " " So, just like that even without knowing the other person opinion will you agree to the Marriage ?'' I asked her

She was nervous i can feel that and she meekly said " I thought you are also fine with this proposal, As we know each other since we were kids.

I just scoffed " What childhood buddies and shit you were talking about, I don't even remember you, and i just can't say yes randomly to anyone "

Meanwhile waiter brought the food " lets continue, after eating" i said and simply grabbed the fork and started eating.

Once we are done with eating, I said "Look, Go home and Say no to this proposal, I will not marry you, get that in your thick skull "

She look shocked and i guess controlling her tears and Anger, "See, I have a lot of work I don't have time for your Drama" i said irritatingly, i hate cry babies and stood up to leave.

Before leaving i glanced back and said " Don't forgot what i said " i left from there after saying that.
