Ariana:

As he asked me to go back to work, I couldn't stop myself from asking him about his coffee since I know he always prefers black coffee on time.

Later, I went back and handed him his coffee. He seemed quite busy today as the meeting ended and preparations for the upcoming event were this week.

"I have to go back to the venue today and check if everything is in place," I thought to myself as I made my way towards the cabin.

As I was working on the recent files which needed Xavier's signature, I was keeping everything in alphabetical order.

Then Angela came to my cabin, knocking on my door. "Hey Ariana," she greeted.

"Oh, hi Angela, please have a seat," I offered.

She smilingly came and sat in front of me. "If there's anyone here whom I instantly liked and felt comfortable with, it's her," I thought to myself as I politely smiled towards her and asked, "What brings you here, Angela?"

"Oh, don't ask me, Ariana. As we're having the upcoming success party this week, everyone is running here and there, so I wanted to check with you if you want my help with anything. I'm pretty bored downstairs," she sweetly smiled and told me.

"That's so sweet of you. But who's your replacement in the reception area?" I inquired.

"Oh, that's Laura," she nodded and told me.

"Thanks for coming, Angela. Actually, I have to go to the venue today, so you can accompany me," I suggested.

She shouted, "Yay! At least we're going out!" I laughed at her enthusiasm.

"Yeah, we can go within 10 minutes. Let me put these files on Mr. Knight's table for signatures," I said.

"I'll be back," I assured her.

"Yep, sure. Till then, I'll bring us coffee," she promised and went from there.

As i was back she was waiting for me with two cup of coffee, i smiled at her and drank coffee talking about work and party then we headed to the venue.

As we pulled up to the hotel we had booked for the success party, I couldn't help but admire its grandeur and beautifully designed exterior. The facade was adorned with intricate architectural details, and the imposing structure stood tall against the backdrop of the city skyline.

"Wow, this place is even more impressive in person," I remarked, turning to my companion with a smile.

"I know, right? I'm so glad we chose this venue for the party," she replied, equally impressed.

We stepped out of the car and made our way towards the entrance, the anticipation of the evening ahead mounting with each step.

The bustling lobby of the hotel was alive with the hum of anticipation. I am keen with my  eye for detail, couldn't help but notice the flurry of activity surrounding the decorations that were still being put in place.

"Excuse me, is everything on schedule for the decorations?" I inquired, approaching one of the staff members who seemed to be overseeing the setup.

The staff member nodded, albeit a bit frazzled. "Yes Maam, everything is coming together, but we're a bit behind schedule. We're doing our best to ensure everything is perfect before the event."
