Ariana:

The wedding has come to an end, and that mesmerizing dance as well. I can't quite explain what came over me when he approached and invited me to dance. In that moment, everything else faded away, and I moved gracefully to the enchanting melody that filled the air.

His beautiful features had me completely captivated, causing me to lose awareness of the admiring gazes and smiles directed our way. As I glanced back at my friend, her smirk caught my eye, and I shyly looked away, feeling a bit bashful under her knowing gaze.

At last, the long-awaited moment has arrived; it's time for me to leave my home. It's a heart-wrenching feeling, something no girl should ever have to experience but they have to. My parents are in tears, and I can see the sadness in my dad's eyes as he comforts my mom while struggling with his own emotions. I embrace them tightly, holding on to them as if my life depends on it, cherishing these precious moments together.

Amidst my uncontrollable tears, I sobbed to my mom and dad, "I miss you both so much, and I love you dearly."

Dad pulled me into a warm, tight embrace, making me feel small and secure.

As he gently wiped my tears away, he whispered, "We miss you even more, Princess, and we love you beyond measure."

His kiss on my forehead brought comfort like nothing else. Mom nodded in agreement, adding, "Take care, Ari. I love you, Kiddo," and she, too, kissed my forehead with a tender touch.

With tears streaming down my face, I nodded in response to Uncle Rafe's comforting words. His hand on my shoulder provided some solace as he gently kissed my forehead.

Together, we made our way towards the waiting car, where impatience was evident on his face. I sensed his anger, but I understood that it wasn't easy for him either. After all, it wasn't his parents and home that he was leaving behind; it was the other way around.

I pushed aside the horrifying thoughts and tried to focus on the journey ahead. It was a challenging moment, but I knew I had to be strong and face the new chapter in my life with determination and courage. As the car began to move, I took a deep breath, preparing myself for the changes that lay ahead.

As we sat in the car, the journey began, and an unsettling silence enveloped us. The sound of my own heartbeat seemed to amplify, emphasizing the nervousness I felt. From the corner of my eye, I noticed his jaw tensing, a sign of his inner turmoil, and his knuckles turning white from gripping the steering wheel tightly. Yes he was driving the car even on our wedding day.

I understood that he was grappling with his emotions, just like me. It was undoubtedly a challenging situation for both of us, and the weight of the moment hung heavily in the air. As the miles passed, the tension seemed to intensify, but neither of us dared to break the silence. We were both lost in our thoughts, uncertain about the future that lay ahead.

Upon reaching our destination, Xavier promptly exited the car and headed towards what appeared to be a grand mansion, barely sparing a moment to wait for me. I struggled slightly with my dress as I got out, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the opulence surrounding me.

To my surprise, a butler named David , who had been working for Mr. Knight for a long time, approached me with a welcoming demeanor. "Hello, Mrs. Knight," he greeted me.

i felt uneasy by that new name and immediately came to my senses, I nodded in acknowledgement of his introduction. Sensing my slight difficulty, he kindly offered assistance, "Let me help you, ma'am." Grateful for his gesture, I managed to get down from the car with his aid.

As I stood on my feet, David  respectfully bowed his head, and I responded, "Please call me Ariana." Expressing my gratitude, I added, "Thank you for helping me." It was a small act of kindness that brought some comfort amidst the unfamiliar surroundings.

Feeling somewhat like an abandoned child, I walked slowly into the magnificent mansion. As I approached the front door, I couldn't help but gasp in awe as I caught a glimpse of the interior.

The sight that greeted me was nothing short of breathtaking and mesmerizing. Everything was exquisitely designed and perfectly placed, creating an atmosphere of elegance and beauty that left me speechless.

The grandeur of the mansion was beyond my imagination, and I couldn't help but feel both overwhelmed and enchanted by its splendor.

There he stood, Xavier, with his muscular back facing me as he stood proudly on the staircase. Suddenly, his commanding voice boomed around the hall, echoing through the grand space.

"I didn't marry you just to explore, did you hear me? Don't try to deceive me like you did with my parents," he accused, causing me to gasp in disbelief. Tears streamed down my cheeks like a broken tap, unable to contain the pain his words inflicted.

"Don't you dare cry! I hate seeing tears as if I'm the one at fault," he retorted coldly, showing no remorse for the hurt he caused. The emotional turmoil I was experiencing seemed to mean nothing to him, deepening the ache in my heart.

As I continued to cry, my tears seemingly intensifying, his anger grew, and he began seeing red. He shouted in frustration and fury, adding to the overwhelming emotional turmoil in the room.

The atmosphere became charged with tension, and the pain in my heart only deepened, feeling utterly overwhelmed by the intensity of the situation.

"Get out of my face! You can never be my wife. I hate you, did you get that? I hate you! I don't know what magic you did to my parents, but they never stopped talking about you!"

"Do whatever you want and don't bother me. You are nothing but a gold digger !" Each word he uttered felt like a sharp dagger piercing my heart. With those hurtful words, he stormed off to his room, leaving me standing there, shattered and heartbroken.
