Lena walked out of Kara apartment hurt, more hurt than she ever could have felt
She felt betrayed and lied to.
She decided to go back to her office to distract her mind for the rest of the night
She was going about to surprise Kara with Lena's new apartment tonight but now everything is silent
Lena's phone starts to vibrate in her purse
Kara:"I'm so sorry Lena please forgive me, I will give you the proper space that you need and please know I would never intentionally hurt you"
Lena looks at the message and rolled her eyes and chugged another shot down like water not caring in the slightest bit about what was revealed tonight.
Kara lays wide awake after the arguments between Lena and Alex. Two people she has hurt in her life. She decides to go out and fly around the city to clear her mind. She hovers over the city, city lights down below flicker in the wind. She realizes Lena is still at her office so she lands silently on her office balcony
Lena jumps at the sight of seeing Kara or whoever she prefers to be called..
"Kara I told you I don't want to see you, we are done"
"Wait Lena, please let me explain" Kara let's herself into Lena's office
"Why? So you can tell me more lies. Save it Kara, I cannot trust you ever again. You can exit the way you came in" Lena doesn't flinch at Kara's beautiful blue watery eyes. She looks right past Kara like as if she never knew her
"Lena, I was going to tell you honestly, I just needed more time before I told you who I am. My name is Kara Zor El, I was sent here by my parents, no they didn't die in a car crash but they did die when my planet exploded. That is who I am"
Lena looks dead in Kara eyes, the eyes she grew to fall in love with "I'm a Luthor aren't you worried I have kryptonite hidden somewhere in my office to hurt you?"
Kara looked down at her feet and mumbled "No I checked before I flew over here"
Silence seemed like an eternity and the anger in the air fills the room
Lena laughs but not the pretty laugh Kara is use too "Who knew, my friend, for months checks my office to see if I had kryptonite, you're pathetic you know? Marching in my office to tell me to believe you.. after this?!"
Kara stayed silent not sure what to say she goes towards Lena trying to reason with Lena
Lena rejects the invitation "Stay away Kara Zor El, stay the hell away from me. I hate you"
Kara stops where she stood in disbelief as her body starts to shake from the pain she's feeling "You don't mean that Lena, with everything we've been through. I.. I love you Lena and I'll promise to protect you"
Lena grew more irritated "I meant every word, get out before I call security. Love? Love doesn't require lying, I don't need protection from you Kara I can handle myself"
Kara decided to leave Lena's office to allow the space they needed, as she flown back, she was hit with four darts, she looked down confused as to what hit and made her extremely sick..
As she slams into the ground, everything goes black
