Mission complete (chapter 4 )

A/n - this is a longer chapter then the last one so I hope you enjoy this :)

You sat in your spot in the helicopter in the back next to soap , Ghost sat across from you along with Gaz and Price , there were a few other soldiers along with some dude you didn't know named Commander Graves . you wore a tactical vest which wasn't the most comfortable but soap said it would keep you protected and you kept a flashlight on you . You also had worn a headset to communicate with them which was pretty cool as well.

Soap nudged you and you looked up at him confused .
" What ?."
You said .
" These soldiers are the shadows , that is the commander's graves ."
He spoke while pointing to them with a low finger. You nodded and got the jist of who was who and you strapped yourself in .

You bounced your leg a little as you felt the helicopter rise in the air away from the ground and the roaters started firing up . A radio went off that they were heading off now and you didn't know what to do .

You had very little training and all you knew was how to hack but where would you stay to do so ?
Your thoughts were running and you didn't know how to feel about it . You were scared but also excited.

You held your head in your hands and you leg bounced more the higher you got In the air . It was scary , it felt scary but you also felt like freedom . You didn't know how to describe it but majority of that feeling was fear and it was eating at you greatly .

Ghost noticed this and he nudged his foot with yours and you looked up at him. He gave you a little thumbs up to try and reassure and you shook your head and took a deep breath and exhaled .

You were now fully in the air and setting off to the location of the ship. It was in the middle of the ocean so if there were any fuck ups it would end bad . You looked around and noticed your computer wasn't there and you looked around quickly until ghost handed you something.

" I knew you were gonna forget it so here "
He said as you took it from him.
" thanks ."
You said awkwardly through comms as you set the laptop on your lap .

" Who's this ?."
Graves pointed towards you as he asked price .
" That's Zero , she'll be with us on the mission . She'll be the one hacking into it for the missiles."
Price spoke over comms .
" how old ?."
He asked .
" 14 ."
Price responded .
" How is she allowed here and how can you get a kid for a dangerous mission?"
Graves spoke as he looked at you .

" She may be just a kid but she's a good hacker and we got confirmation to bring her with us ."
Price said .
You gave them both angered yet worried looks and you sighed . You were more than just some kid . You were a hacker who had skills most kids your age wouldn't know .

" you sure she's allowed I mean she's a literal child-

" for your information I got to be here because laswell allowed it so if you would please just cut the Shit and this child has a name asshole ."
You snapped as you looked at him .
Other soldiers looked at you and you halted at them all.

" don't mind her, she's just tense , it's her first mission."
Price said as he looked towards you .
" Alrighty then , Well it better be good if she's tagging along ."
Graves responded.

" you ready shadows !."
Commander graves yelled throughout the helicopter. A bunch of yes sirs rang throughout and you looked at them weirdly .

You and the others had arrived and you were now in the Atlantic Ocean . It was cool but crazy . The door of the helicopter opened and the shadows started moving out and onto the boat . Graves and the others jumped out and it just left you and soap . Soap jumped out as well and you took a breath and grabbed your laptop and you headed out as well .
