You used the bathroom and you cleaned yourself up a little and made sure you were okay and you made sure you were okay .
" Are you alright in there ?."
You heard a voice from behind the door .
" yeah I'm okay ."
You said back loudly so he could hear you .
You stepped out of the bathroom and you faced Ghost and gave him a wave and you turned around and got startled when you saw König , soap ask Gaz there .
'' holy shit mind knocking next time or a warning ?.''
You said as you calmed down and moved slowly out of the bathroom.
'' Well nice to know y/n is still y/n .''
Gaz chuckled .
You playfully rolled your eyes and you walked over to them carefully .
You looked at Ghost again and your eyes flicked to him and his hand and you saw he had a black bandage on his hand . you kinda feel dumb for just noticing but your face dropped a little and you looked at him . you noticed price wasn't there but it was no surprise to you .
'' I'm fine y/n .''
Ghost said reassuringly , almost as if he read your mind.
You gave a little nod and you walked over to the others and you hugged soap first .
Soap gently hugged you back .
'' god i missed you.''
You smiled .
'' We did as well, kid .''
Soap spoke .
You hugged gaz as well and you smiled happily . Ghost took this opportunity and he got up out of his chair and he tapped you on your shoulder .
'' i'll be back , i gotta ask laswell a few things .''
He spoke sternly now that soap and the others were there and walked past them out of the room quickly and down the hallway. You shrugged it off and you stood with the others. You looked up at the tall masked man and made eye contact with him causing him to look around the room anywhere but your face . you could tell her was nervous but you didn't say anything.
'' hey uh ..I wanted to thank you for getting me out of that hell hole .''
You said and he gave you a little nod .
'' geht es dir gut ?.''
You asked , causing his head to turn to you .
'' you know german ?.''
He asked surprised .
'' ya , i learned in school .''
You spoke sheepishly .
'' that's good .''
Konig smiled under his veil.
'' how have you've been feeling ?.''
Soap asked while guiding you back to your bed .
'' i've been better .''
You shrugged as you sat on the edge of your bed.
'' I've heard about the mission before..''
Soap started , hoping to address what happened.
'' Listen, I dont wanna talk about it alright .''
You spoke , just wanting to forget about it all.
You didn't want to go through it again and you were relieved that Ghost had planned on bringing you with him to lie low for a bit but you hoped that laswell would let you and him leave.
Your pain was going to be a tough recovery but you hoped as well that your pain didn't turn into something ugly . you knew healing wasn't an overnight process but you wished it was deeply .
After a few minutes of soap and the others talking to you they had left you alone since you felt you wanted space. They respected your wishes and left you in your room to wonder . you sat in your bed and you looked outside the window to see it was sunny . you hoped to just simply go outside and relax . you felt your mind wander and you thought about what had happened. The blood , screams , pain . you tried to shake off the thought but it didn't work . your thoughts started to spiral and your breathing started to pick up greatly .
You pleas couldn't be heard. Your voice was nothing , it was as if you were trapped and being held under water with no way out . you saw the blood on you , on your arms and on the floor . you saw the dead bodies and torn up soldiers . you saw shepherd and his soldiers back you up into a corner and you saw them taking you away from Ghost and you saw them splitting you up .
You felt your chest get tight and your eyes glazed over you started to panic . The heart rate monitor in your room started to beep faster and it let off a little alarm causing the nurses to rush in . you saw about two nurses rush in and they immediately went over to you and they started to come near you but you backed away.
The nurse came over to but you backed away in fear and you got up and you bordered yourself in the corner .
'' stay back !.''
You shouted in fear.
Your thoughts cause you to not think straight and you keep your eyes on the nurses.
'' hun we need you to sit down we can't have you hurting yourself .''
She spoke as she got close .
You shook your head and tried to go for the door but one nurse stepped in front of you and blocked you from leaving .
The nurses did not want to manhandle you but you were in such a state and they didn't want you hurting them or anyone else so she pulled a sedative from her pocket and jabbed you in your shoulder . you vision went fuzzy and the light you had once seen went to black , you started to wobble but the nurse caught you and lifted you back onto the bed .
Your heart rate monitor slowed and went at a normal pace and the nurses shook their heads.
'' Poor girl , she looks like she's been through alot . ''
One of the nurses frowned and the other nodded there head in agreement , they took one last look at you and walked out of your room to leave you be until you woke up again.
'' y/n..''
'' get out of my fucking head .''
'' But I am here and staying .''
'' i said leave my head now !.''
'' I am stuck here with you .''
'' I SAID LEAVE .''
'' I am no archer but i am your mind .''
'' this is a load of bullshit !.''
'' y/n you are the secret .''
'' WHAT FUCKING SECRET .''
