For minutes after waking up, my brain insisted on telling me last night wasn't real. But the taste of Taylor's lips on mine said otherwise. Last night was unbelievable. Yes, I felt terribly and horribly wrong for kissing Taylor while being with Chad but I couldn't help it. Now was my signal to break up with Chad and be with Taylor. Lillian sure as hell wouldn't stop me. Not now.

Taylor ended up dropping me off at home before Lillian got back. I was fixing a late night snack, while smiling like a fool, when she walked in. She had exclaimed that last night was one of the best nights of her life.

"I got to kiss him, Hayley!" She had yelled into my ear.

Instead of talking to her though, I avoided her and finished my snack. Then went to bed. As much as I hated the fact that he had kissed her, I knew the reason behind it. He explained to me that he wanted to make me jealous because he could tell I liked him. He also confessed that when Chad kissed me, it had made him jealous.

We both confessed our feelings for each other, through kissing some more in his car. I smiled while staring at the ceiling. Even though the sky outside was gloomy, I felt today would be a good day. I picked my phone up from my nightstand and saw a message from Taylor.

Taylor: Last night was amazing, Hayles

I couldn't agree more

Taylor: ;) What do we do about Chad and what's her face?

You mean Lillian?

Taylor: Yeah

I've no idea...

Taylor: well figure something out! I want to call you mine already

I smiled at my phone and closed my eyes. God, he was perfect. My stomach was exploding with butterflies. My mind was still trying to process the fact that Taylor York had kissed me.

Soon I ended up thinking about how I was going to tell Chad I couldn't be with him. No ideas came to mind so I pushed the thought away and continued daydreaming about Taylor. That was until I got a text.

James: Ana will not answer my texts or phone calls.

Why not? What did you do?

James: I did nothing! I don't think

Oh gosh. James, when did she start ignoring you?

James: its been since Thursday..

That's weird. Any idea as to why?

James: no idea! I've been going to parties every night so I don't get it

That's it. That right there has got to be the problem. Who have u hung around at the parties?

James: uh.........girls?

Sometimes I question why you NEVER USE YOUR BRAIN. She's ignoring you because all you've been doing is partying, getting drunk, and hanging with girls!!!

James: that's stupid tho! She knows I love her

Well that's not obvious to her right now. Go to her house

James: I can't, it's like 6:35 or something and I'm currently laying in bed

I decided to not write him back as I got out of bed. Luckily, I had slept in a comfy white t-shirt and my undergarments so all I had to do was slip some pants on. After quickly putting my contacts in, I went downstairs. Lillian was asleep because I could hear her snoring. Mentally I laughed. Grabbing my keys, I headed out the door to my car.
