I have sort of finished this book I really wasn't loving it but it was a great start to writing and I definitely plan to re writing after finishing my current book "till death do us part" feel free to read what's been written although it hasn't been...
I felt my phone buzzing against my leg i look to see a random number text me it was Sam i saved his contact to my phone and text him back
Sam: hey it's Sam from the coffee shop. Evie: oh yeah are you okay? Sam: yeah I'm good just wondering if you wanted to go out for dinner tonight if your not busy. Evie: no I'm not busy sounds good what time and where. ? Sam: there is a new place opened up I will send you the address and let's meet there at 7? Evie: sounds good see you then :)
I finished lunch and cleaned the house it always felt good to do a spring clean so to speak. I watched some tv then went upstairs to go get ready i showered did my makeup and curled my hair I picked out my dress it was a a long floaty dress .

⬆️⬆️ (the dress) It was now 6:30 sam sent me the location and I write a not to jace not that he would notice but I put it on the fridge "gone out be home around 10" I got my keys and left .
I turned up to the restaurant and I was met with Sam he had on dark pants a white dress shirt with the top buttons undone with his silver chain peaking through the gap at the top. The sun was just setting the sky was a blue/pink colour it look pretty.
"You look beautiful" sam said as he gave me a hug and kissed my cheek.
"Thank you , you look very nice too. So does this place i never knew it existed and drive past here about a week ago."
He smiled and we walked into the restaurant we sat down at a booth when my phone started ringing I look and saw it was my brother.
"I'm sorry I have to take this it's my brother and he is currently in Africa so I haven't spoken to him in a while ."
"No worries I will go order us drinks." he said smiling I nodded as I answer the phone.
"Hey Henry how are you."
"I'm good just finished a day at work haha what are you up to i hope Jace isn't being to horrible, speaking if Jace he told me you met a guy and gave him our number."
I wonder why he would he tell him that?
"I'm good and he is actually okay he rescued me when I broke down haha, and yeah I did I'm actually on a date with him right now at a new Italian place it's really nice so is he so far. How is Africa and how is Amanda?"
"Africa is great i love it here the community's are amazing everyone is so nice and caring, and on a date huh never thought I would see the day haha. Amanda is great things are actually going really good just taking it slow but I'm enjoying it, but i will let you get back to your date just checking in bye eve ."
"Bye I will talk to you soon."
I look up to see Sam walking over with out drinks with a smile on his face .
"Not sure what you like so I just got a bottle of wine for us ."
"That's fine thank you."
A few hours went past we were laughing and joking together and the pasta is sooo good here I'm definitely coming back. I look at the time and I realise it's 11pm.
"I should probably head home now I'm so tired but I've had a great time thank you."
"No problem let me walk you to your car."
He walked me to my car gave me a hug and kiss in the cheek then I got in my car and drove off I got home and took my shoes off as my feet were killing me .
I saw Jace sat on the couch watching a movie he looked at me with a straight expression on his face, I went and sat next him he didn't move but he didn't look away from the tv.
"So you went on a date then."
How the hell did he know?
"Yea... how did you know that."
"Henry told me and your an hour late you said you would be home at 10."
"Oh yeah um i had a good time so I didn't check my phone, why does it matter anyway what time I'm home haha."
I said with a giggle so he wouldn't take it so seriously.
"Well don't be late again he said coldly." He shut off the tv and and stood not saying a word or looking at me
Did he wait for me to get home was he worried ?
"okay well sorry I guess but you can control what time i come home I'm a grown adult I make my own choices." I stormed passed him and went upstairs
"Goodnight Evie"
I heard him whisper under his breath.
