Thursday
"Hi Marcel." I said walking closer to him. "Hey." he said and hugged me. I looked at the other Marcel who was just being photographed and giggled. "He looks like a pro." I said and Marcel laughed. "There's a make up artist who will take care of you. She'll also give you the clothes." he said and I nodded. I was about to walk away when Marcel grabbed my hand. "Haven't you spoken to Marco yet?" he asked and I shook my head lightly. "An, he's sorry, but...he's kind of afraid of losing you." he said and I shook my head. If he loves me as much as he says he does, he'd believe me. "He has some time to think about it while I'll be in Barcelona." I mumbled and he smiled sadly. "You're going then." he said and I nodded. "They are my friends. I passed my last exam yesterday, and so we'll celebrate." I said and he bit his lip. "Are you sure that...Barcelona is the right place? Around...Messi?" he asked and I shivered. "I'm not gonna search for him if that's what Marco's afraid of." I said and turned on my heel. "Oh. Tell him that I passed the test." I said and walked away. He hasn't even bothered to ask me if I had passed it through the message. It hurts inside of me, but I'm good at hiding it.
.....
"Mom? I'll leave the keys on the cupboard in the kitchen." I called causing her to come from the living room. "Okay. So I'll just water the flowers, right?" she said and I nodded. "Yeah. I'll water them tomorrow before leaving too." I said and she nodded. "Honey, what's going on between Marco and you?" she asked and I sighed. "I've already told you that nothing too serious." I said with pauses between each word because it's causing me pain. "Annie, I want you two to last." she said and I kissed her cheek. "Tell him that." I mumbled quietly. He is the one not believing me. And I am the one who has the right to be offended. He didn't even bother to ring me up if I had passed the exam of mine. He didn't even ask me if I am going to Barcelona for real.
While packing the last pieces of my clothes, I heard the door-bell rang. I walked there and opened the door. "Hi." Marco said and I walked back to the bedroom. "Will you at least talk to me?" he asked standing between the door-frame. "You are the one not talking to me, Marco." I said and zipped my suitcase. "You're leaving then." he said and I gulped hardly to push the tears away. "If you had called, you'd have known sooner." I said and he smiled sadly. "I hope you'll have a nice trip." he said and I sighed. "I hope you have a nice match." I said quietly and he nodded turning around. "I just wanted to see you." he mumbled and started walking away. Furrowing my eyebrows, I walked after him stopping him at the doorway. "You're leaving already?" I asked and he scoffed lightly. "Goodbye Ana." he said coldly and closed the door behind himself. I couldn't hold the tears anymore, and so I started crying lowering myself on the floor. Why is he so cold? Emotionless?

"Thanks for driving me." I told Robin and he smiled lightly. "No problem." he said and hugged me. "Marco...hasn't he called to learn when I'm leaving?" I asked quietly and he shook his head. "It doesn't mean anything. He's all focused on the match." he excused him and I scoffed sadly. "Sure." I mumbled and took a deep breath. I won't cry. "He's just so good at screwing things up!" Robin exclaimed angrily and I smiled gently. "I'm used to it." I said and took my suitcase. "But I'm not sure how much I can take." I said and kissed his cheek. "Look after him." I said and walked away.
"Helloooo!" Sofia exclaimed running to me when she spotted me. "Hi." I said and hugged her tightly. "I'm so glad that you made it." she mumbled and pulled away. "Where are the guys?" I asked and she smirked. "They are workiiing." she sang and I giggled. "Did you pass all of your exams?" she asked and I nodded. "Thankfully. And you? When can you go back home?" I asked and she shrugged. "The next month or so. We still have to work." she said and I nodded. "So, the plan is, tonight - party. Tomorrow - Camp Nou and then - party. Sunday - party." she started naming, but I stopped her. "C-camp Nou?" I asked and she nodded. "Oh shit. Messi." she said and covered her mouth. "W-we got the tickets from them. You know, we keep serving them." she explained and I nodded with a light smile. "I'll go there with you. Don't wanna ruin the joy." I said and she smiled. "He'll be so glad to see you." she mumbled and I raised my eyebrows. "Leo." she said and I took a shaky breath. "How's Marco?" she asked and I chuckled sadly looking on my feet. "I..I don't even know. He's...cold. Emotionless. And getting angry with me for every single stupidity is on our daily program." I said and she giggled. "It's good that you're here then, isn't it?" she asked and wrapped her arm around my shoulder. "Don't think about him! You are here to enjoy the time with us!" she exclaimed and we started walking. Sometimes, the person we find the best for ourselves isn't the one.
