Ace simply does not accept it. There's no way you actually rejected him. He won't believe it. As far as he's concerned you're just playing hard to get and all he has to do is keep bugging you. And don't you dare give someone else the time of the day, or he will make them pay for it. Nobody gets away with taking something Ace Merrill wants, and you'll find that he's both very persistent and very patient.
Eyeball wouldn't make advances unless he was relatively sure he has a chance, but if he misjudged and got rejected he would retreat to lick the wounds his ego took and hope no one else noticed. If anyone did he'll claim he was just messing with you anyway, and hey, good for you that you didn't fall for it. Not like he cares. No, no, he definitely wasn't actually interested in you... He'll never speak to you again, that's for sure.
Billy handles it very well, and doesn't take the rejection personally. He'll try to act like nothing even happened, but if the others saw and tease him about it he will end up being a little salty about the whole thing after all.
Charlie takes it very personally. To him getting rejected comes down to the same thing as if you actively insulted him, and he doesn't take well to that. Be prepared to get glared at everytime he sees you in the near future, and to hear mean rumors about you that may or may not have been spread by Charlie as revenge for turning him down.
