Stand By Me One Shots/Imagines + Preferences (The Cobras x reader)

An item you have that reminds you of him (Preference (sister!reader))

A/N: You're his sister in this, as described in the previous Chapter

Ace: a teddy bear he picked out for you when you were just a baby. Back then your mom wasn't quite as absent of a parent as she became later on and so she took the both of you to a toy store and let five year old Ace pick a present to give his baby sister for her first birthday. You of course still have it to this day, and even if you would never admit to keeping it in your bed it's always there to comfort you when you're feeling down. If you and Ace have a fight he'll sometimes come into your room late at night or early the next morning to make up with you only to find you fast asleep with the stuffed animal in your arms. It reminds you that Ace loves you, even when you fight.

Eyeball: a summer dress he got you. Even though you're twins you're quite a bit smaller than him, so most of your clothes actually used to be his. You don't really mind, boys clothes are much more comfortable anyway, but sometimes you wish you had some girly clothes to wear. Eyeball knows this, so he got you a sweet little summer dress. It was nothing special but the second he gave it to you it immediately became your favorite clothing item and you wear it all the time. It reminds you that Richie always knows what's going on in your head even without you having to tell him and that even if he doesn't often openly show it he cares for you a lot.

Fuzzy: pressed flowers. When you were in second grade you had a phase when you were obsessed with pressing flowers and your brother sometimes helped you collect them. You often went on walks with your dog together, stopping whenever you saw a pretty flower to pick it. Sometimes he'd help you press them too, and remind you which book you pressed them in when you forgot. They remind you that Fuzzy enjoys spending time with you, even if he doesn't as often anymore because he's too busy with the Cobras.

Vince: a baseball. When you were younger you and Vince played baseball all the time. Neither of you were very good at it but it was always lots of fun. Your brother did his best to teach you, being ever so patient with you. Even though you guys never play anymore you still keep the ball in your room where it reminds you of how close you and your brother used to be not too long ago.

Billy: a necklace. You found it at the bottom of a lake when you went swimming with Billy and Connie. When you got it out of the water to show your brother and your best friend you were disappointed to find that the clasp was broken, but Billy fixed it for you. Now you wear it all the time, only taking it off when you go swimming because you don't want it to end up at the bottom of a lake again. It reminds you of all the good times you have together.

Charlie: one of his old shirts with the sleeves cut off. He gave it to you to wear to bed when all of your PJs were in the wash one time and since you liked it so much he let you keep it. It reminds you that even if you two don't always get along you have your moments and Charlie will always be there for you when it comes down to it.
