"Who are you texting?" Liam asked quietly nudging Ellies arm.

"None of your business" she answered with a offended scuff, returning her attention to her phone.

"She's texting that Ferrari dude." Sophia chimed in with a chuckle, and an amused look.

"Am not!" Ellie protested. They were sitting in their conference room after a meeting with a band they just made a deal with, before leaving for the day.

"So you know which one of his brothers are you texting?" Theo asked from behind her, peaking over her shoulder.

"Oh just shut up!" Ellie said standing up, not wanting to talk about it.

"Hey, it's okey you know. We're glad to see you smile again, and it's a good thing your starting to get out there again" Theo stopped her by her shoulders.

"We've just shared a couple of drunk kisses that night in Bahrain." She said avoiding eye contact, afraid to let them see how uncomfortable this made her. She didnt want to admit she was taking an interest in Charles, even to herself.

"We're just busting you balls okey, if it upsets you we'll stop." Liam reassured her, knowing the girl beside him was freaking out internally.

"I know, I just – I don't know." She was running her hands through her hair.

"What's up El?" Sophia asked, starting to become worried that they might have pushed to far.

"I was supposed to go to the second race as well, but as you know, I had to get back for the Coldplay meeting. He was bummed I missed it, so we've been texting since Bahrain. I just don't want anything serious, but on the other hand I don't want a situationship, hurt someone or even worse get involved with a fuckboy" Ellie sighed. She felt like everybody expected her to fall back to her old ways after her breakup with Sebastian. But truth be told she didn't know if random hookups and casual flirting was for her anymore.

"You don't have to get ahead of yourself. Just have some fun, enjoy the attention" Liam embraced her from behind. Placing his head on top of hers, arms over her shoulders. He was always able to read her like a book, and always knew what to say to put her mind at ease.

"You just want me back in my fuck girl era" Ellie laughed, turning around in Liams embrace resting her arms and forehead against his chest.

"We just want you happy, but you playing the field is very entertaining, and most of all, you enjoyed it." Theo told her with a gentle smile.

"I don't think I have that in me anymore" Ellie shaked her head, finally saying the words that had been on her mind out loud.

"Like you haven't slept with George since your breakup" Sophia said with a snort, not believing her friend.

"Don't judge" Ellie said, shooting daggers with her eyes towards the girl beside her. Yes, she had slept with George, but that didn't automatically mean that she was up to one night stands, and everything that went with it.

"We're not, George is your comfort zone, and the first step towards getting your grove back." Theo said, which earned him a eye roll from Ellie. She just left the meeting room they were sitting in, going towards her office to pick up her things. She was done with the conversation, and felt like they didn't understand that even though her and Sebastian didn't work out, she didn't want to go backwards. She didn't want anything serious right now, but she also didn't want to get into old patterns. That wasn't her anymore. She and Sebastian might not have been meant to be, but he changed her, and made her want what they had with someone else.
