** After the Game **

Leah and I made our way down to the dressing room hallway to wait for the boys. "I can't believe Austin scored a hat trick to win tonight's game!" Leah exclaims. "I know, me too!" I reply. "Hey, there she is! My beautiful good luck charm!" A voice I recognized exclaims from behind me. When I turn, I see Austin and Alex walking over to us, a huge smile plastered on their faces. I run up to Austin, all happy and excited for him getting his first career hat trick. "I'm so proud of you Aus! You scored your first hatty and won the game!" I say excitedly before kissing him.

"And it's all thanks to you, my beautiful good luck charm." He replies with a wink. "Which reminds me, I have something for you." He says as I look at him confused. "Give me a sec, I left it in the locker room. I'll be right back." He says before disappearing into the dressing room. While I wait for him to come back, I look over at Alex and Leah who are talking to each other and smiling. I watch for a couple more minutes and as I notice them holding hands, Austin comes back stopping right beside me.

"Okay, I found it. Now hold your hand out." He says as my attention turns back to him. I do as he says and when I look down, I see a game puck sitting in the palm of my hand. I hold it up and read the words on the tape around the puck. It says 1st career hat trick on it with the date and team he scored the three goals against. "Aus, I can't have this, it's your first career hat trick puck. You should keep it." I say after a minute of silence. "No, you keep it as a memory of my first road trip game with you in the stands cheering me on." He replies. "Don't you want to put it with all your other hockey trophies and stuff at your place?"

"Yeah but I thought..." He starts off. "You thought what love?" I ask as I notice he begins to get nervous. "I thought that it would look better in our place..." He says as I stand there in silence for a minute. Did I hear him correctly? Did he just say our place?!? "Wait... Are... Are you asking me to move in with you?" I finally get the word out as he rubs the back of his neck nervously. "Yeah but only if you want to." He replies. "Of course, I'll move in with you." I say as his facial expression goes from nervous to relieved as he wraps his arms around me for a hug.

"Guys, I've got some news to share with you!" Leah exclaims coming over to Austin and I. "So do we." I say. "But you go first." I add as she smiles wide. I have a feeling I know what her news is but I'm going to let her giddy ass go first and tell us anyways. "Alex and I are dating!" She exclaims holding their hands up as Alex rolls his eyes and laughs at her excitement. "Aye congrats man!" Austin says. "Thanks my dude. Now, what's the big news that you two need to share with us?" Alex asks. "Omg! Are you pregnant?" Leah asks me. "No, no I'm not pregnant." I reply. "What is it then? Are you two engaged?" She asks. "No, we're not at that chapter of life yet but we'll get there one day." Austin replies looking down at me.

"Oh my gosh I'm dying to know what it is!" Leah exclaims dramatically. "Lee, just shut up and let us tell you!" I shout as the boys laugh. She calms down and Austin and I both look at each other before we both tell them. "We're moving in together!" We say as our two best friends look at us surprised and happy. "That's wonderful!" Leah exclaims.
