Calypso POV

"SO ARE YOU IN?" We are now in my office in Taguig. After I discussed the case with her I quickly asked Bianca. "Alright." She answered without hesitation. "Aren't you scarred?" I asked again. It's my curiosity speaking. "I am but I was born for this and besides... I need a break here in the Philippines. Nakaka bored rin kasi maging prof 'no" Hindi ko alam kung matatawa ba ako sa joke niya or hindi, hay nako Bianca. 

"Alright. Here's the folder and ayan lahat ng info na kailangan mo sa kasong 'yan. You have at least a month or two to prepare. Good luck, If you need any help just stop by here at my office." I thank Bianca for her consideration. Sa totoo lang, napaka hirap humanap ng lawyer na 100% willing mag representa ng kaso or tao dahil 'yung iba ay mahina ang loob o hindi kaya dahil takot masira ang kanilang reputasyon. 

We just grabbed a coffee at the near starbucks and after that, we bid our goodbye. I have something to do pa kasi back in the office. I need to make a lesson plan report for next week and also, yung two events na ako mismo ang mag o-organized. It's really exhausting to be an adult. Napaka daming errands and you only have a little time for yourself. And for me, nilalaan ko nalang 'yon sa tulog dahil sa araw araw na ginawa ni Lord ay halos 6-4 hours lang ang tulog ko. It's really rare for me to have a complete set of sleep, and sometimes it feels illegal pa na makatulog ng buo dahil you'll feel that there is something wrong.

I was doing some paper work when my phone buzzed again. I checked the screen and I saw Chase's text. I open my phone and view the message. 

"Atty Sanchez, the case of Xander Buenaventura is now in the higher court. He is now facing 3 counts of domestic violence against women and multiple assaults with Ms. Salvador and company. I already persuaded his ex-girlfriends to testify against him. And I also gave the evidence to Fiscal Ramirez and he told me that the trial will take over next Friday." 

I replied "What about the accomplice of Mr Buenaventura?" After a minute I received another text message from Chase. "They will also face malicious mischief charges, Atty."  And that made me smile. Of course, I will not let Juno engaged in some trouble without a proper investigation. Good thing that the police investigated through the case and I found out that Xander is indeed a jerk. That's why I asked Chase to fix something on my behalf since I'm too preoccupied with my work. And now look how the tables have turned against Xander. I don't know if he can still get away with this. Because as I investigate I discovered na 'yung unang domestic violence niya ay nabasura. Well, he has some connections but now I don't know how long his family will defend him. 

And yeah, Judge Fortun will preside this case since I did her a favor, and Judge Fortun will not let this pass, domestic violence ba naman ang kaso. Goodluck nalang talaga. 

Juno POV

"Seryoso ka ba?" Gulat na gulat na tanong ni Avi kay Aeos. "Yuuup! hundred percent sure ang chika ko sis." Sagot naman ni Aeos. Bigla kasi kaming pinatawag ng Chairman ng sports committee ng HU dahil wala na raw magaganap na final match sa Polo, because Xander and friends are in jail. Kami na raw ang initial winner since may patong-patong na charges ang nakahain kay Xander sa korte. I didn't know na may ito-todo pa ang ka-hayupan nito. Isipin mo 'yon abuser pala ang gago at nanakit ng babae. No wonder nakuha ni Aeos 'yung gf niya.
