Don't Know What to Do Without You

Jennie brought her aunt to her work and everyone greeted her. Soo-young was only going to stay for a few days more and she wanted to show everything that was happening in her life because she wouldn't get time after the wedding. Jennie walked around with her arm interlocked with her aunt's and Rosé gave a big hug and smile when she saw her.

"Rosé, you look so beautiful...how's married life treating you?"

Rosé's eyes glittered with joy. "Incredibly well."

Soo-young nodded with a kind smile. Then the elevator dinged and Jisoo stepped out in her usual pantsuit and Jennie's face burned.

Her long, raven hair was down and pulled back but she left a few strands to frame her face. She had put light makeup with eyeliner across the tops of her eyes and her lips were almost a deep red. She wore her black pantsuit and a blue & white shirt inside.

"Is she Jisoo?" Soo-young asked quietly. Jennie just nodded but didn't take her eyes off of Jisoo. She had met Jisoo when the raven had picked her up but she hadn't known she was Jennie's secretary. Jennie had just told her that she had slept with her secretary a few years ago.

"She's beautiful..."

"She is—Hey!" She turned to Soo-young who was already walking up to Jisoo. She sighed as her aunt held her hand out to shake the raven's.

"Hi! It's so nice to meet you again! I'm going to formally introduce myself, I'm Soo-young, Jennie's Aunt!"

Jennie wanted to crawl into herself as the beautiful raven gave a blinding smile. "Hi, I'm Kim Jisoo."

"What do you do?"

Jisoo glanced at Jennie briefly before she said, "I take pictures in my free time and I work for your niece."

"Are you her secretary?"

Jennie frowned. What was her aunt's goal? She had already told her that Jisoo was her secretary.

"Yes."

"What kind of services do you provide for her?" Her aunt asked seriously.

Jisoo blushed and started stammering while looking at Jennie and Rosé. Jennie was horrified and Rosé looked like she was going to start crying in laughter.

Jennie pulled her aunt into her office as they argued silently but Jisoo heard her aunt say with fake innocence, "It was just a question!"

Jennie stood in the middle of her apartment in her PJ's, talking to JJ who was telling her that her Saturday was going to be ruined.

"What do you mean your parents are coming over?"

"They want to see you—"

"They saw me at the engagement."

"—again?"

Jennie rolled her eyes. "Ok so what do you want me to do?"

"You have to cook for them..." He said quietly.

"Are you joking?!"

"I wish I was! They're very traditional and they were hoping you could cook—"

"JJ!!! I CAN'T COOK!!!" Jennie exclaimed.

"You told me you could!"

Jennie pinched the bridge of her nose. "I can cook...small things. Not a full course meal for your parents!!!"

She heard JJ sigh on the other end. "Look, they won't listen to me. So...just impress them."

She scoffed but JJ pleaded, "Jennie...please....can you do this one thing?"
