Somehow, Pond immediatley fell asleep after I went to the bathroom. Even though I didn't do much today, I felt tired too. My mum hasn't called me today, so I guess she doesn't need me today for the family buisness. Aside from going to unsiversity, Pond runs a bar and a hostel called "Nuengdiao". He named it after my name. My dad ran a family buisness, but after he died, my mum took it over. My mum's been in a coma so long, so I could run it myself for quite a time. There are lots of flashbacks in my mind. To distract myself, I went to sleep. Yawning, I crawled in the bed. It wasn't long before I fell asleep.

His dad had died. Only him and his mum were left. The family buisness must continue. People call him Nuengdiao, even though his nickname is Phuwin. He doesn't like this name, so he doesn't use it. His mum's last name is Tangsakyuen, but his dad's last name was Kiattrakulmethee, that's the buisness' name. Even though Nuengdiao is rich, he doesn't ever feel happy with this. He gets bullied in school, he doesn't want to take over this buisness nor the money. The only thing he wants is someone he can love. People don't know, but he is actually attracted to men.

•At school•
"Oye, Nuengdiao, wait up!" He heard a voice calling after him.
"What do you want?" Nuengdiao doesn't trust most people. They only want his money. Guess that's the reason he doesn't have any friends. "I want to get to know you." The boy said. "I'm Ben!" Looking up at down at Ben, trying to tell if he's bad. "Hey, don't worry! I don't want your money or anything like that. I just want to be friends." Ben smiled. Still unsure, Nuengdiao agreed. "Fine, I can try. But as soon as I see it doesn't work out, I'll leave you." Ben nodded. "Thanks, friend."

It wasn't long ago where this boy named Ben wanted to befriend me. I still don't know him that much, but once he asked for my permission to call me "Nueng". I was very surprised. Normally, nobody calls me that. My cousin and I, Chopper, we are in the same class. We are learning Chinese.
When I came home, my mum already waited for me. "I have to introduce you to someone!" she said in a fierce voice. "But mum, I already told you I don't need a bodyguard!" I had told her many times. The doorbell rings. "Nuengdiao! They are here. Come and meet him." My ma told me to wait in the livingroom, unwillingly, I did. I sat on the sofa and pouted. Steps. Shoes on the floor. A guy, with darker skin color. Another, with light skin color. As soon he entered the room, I could feel this chemistry. It was a strong bond. His face, his everything. He was so handsome. I didn't expect this. "Sawasdee krub" he bowed down a lot in front of me. I could feel he was shy, but very polite. "Sawasdee." I just said very dry. The other man, probably his dad, also did the wai. "This is Palm." My mum gave me a sharp look and continued. "Palm, this is Nuengdiao. You'll be his bodyguard and also, you will attend his school." Annoyed, I switched my eyes to the side. "I told you! I don't want a bodyguard, ma!" I couldn't believe she actually did this to me. Even though I knew from the beginning: he's the one.
He doesn't stay in my room. He has his own, small room. He wasn't good at Chinese class. He had big struggles. One day, I decided I'd teach him a bit Chinese. "Khun Nueng, please focus on you own work. You need to study hard." He just said with a slight tone of shyness. I still helped him. "Ai Palm! Don't you see you are struggling?" I asked, looking at him with a sharp look. Just like my mum does.
