There the ducks stood. Face to face with evil itself. The varsity hockey team.

To Kendall it had felt like one of those old western showdowns you see on tv. You know, the one where it plays the western music and it repeatedly goes from each persons intense glare and grip on their holstered gun. It was exactly like that. All the room needed was one of those rolling tumbleweeds.

Kendall locked eyes with the captain of the dipshits, Rick Riley. He wore a smirk he probably thought looked attractive... it did not. Kendall kept her glare strong, showing she was not one to be intimidated.

"Do i have a motion for reconsideration?" Dean Buckley spoke. The room remained quiet. Kendall scoffed and looked over to Charlie, she didn't understand why they would even want to stay here.

"I'm sorry coach, but unless there is a motion from a board member and a second... the decision must stand." Kendall averted her eyes once again over to the now snickering snobs. She wanted to give them something to laugh about.

"You give us no choice but to bring in our attorney." The door opened, revealing a very unpleased Gordon Bombay. Kendall knew that look well, he was about to raise hell in this tiny school board meeting room.

"Mr. Bombay, this isn't a legal proceeding."

"No yet... but i can assure you it will be. These scholarships became a binding contract upon the signatures of the recipients, the Ducks. They cannot be voided except for a cause, which i guarantee you, you have none! If you decide to pursue these cancellations, i will slap you with an injunction. I will tie this matter up in court for years, until long after these kids have gone off to college. And i will collect damages. I will win. Because i am very, very good." This time, the ducks were the ones to smile as the Varsity's team quickly faded.

"Accordingly, i demand that you reinstate there scholarships for their benefit... and for your own." At that moment, all Kendall could think about was 'damn!' She knew who she would call if she ever got into future legal trouble. Or you know, in case she would ever just want to casually sue someone.

The room was silent besides the nervous mutters of the varsity hockey players. Kendall smirked confidently, they had this in the bag.

"I move that the scholarships be reinstated."

Once the initial movement was shown, hands began to raise, no excuse me... all the hands began to raise.

"Scholarships reinstated."

"Yes!" Kendall smiled, sharing a big hug with her brother. "you never doubted for a second," Charlie smiled.

"Never."

Bombay came over, hugging in a group with the twins, "for Hans, Conway's."

"Thank you for everything, Bombay."

Everyone filtered out of the small room, some were filled with celebrations and some were filled with anger. Conversations of triumph ensued around Kendall as Charlie and Bombay walked in front of her discussing whatever might have been on their mind.

She felt so high from their victory, even if she didn't want to stay at the school, they showed those snobby pricks who to not mess with. She got snapped back to reality when she felt a tug at her arm.

A bruised up Adam stood in front of her and her heart felt as if it was going a million miles per second. Hell, when would she stop feeling like this just by the mere sight of him.

"Kendall i-" She was ripped from his words when a swarm of angry rich hockey players gathered around.

"Congratulations, on destroying our school." Riley... this should be good.
