A crisp November morning greeted Kendall when she arose from her bed and opened her room window. Well... more like a crisp November afternoon.

Kendall took every available opportunity to sleep that Saturday morning. She had been going on and on for weeks with giant amounts of stress, anxiety, and sadness pilling on top of her. She was in desperate need of this Saturday morning.

She plopped on the couch, a bag of chips and a soda at her side... and of course, remote in hand.

It was a quiet afternoon in the Conway home. Ben and Ricky had been on there bimonthly visit to Bens mom, her mom had been at the diner, and Charlie for all she knew was either still passed out for a few more hours or out doing some stupid shit she'd rather not know about.

So, it was just Kendall... and Boy Meets World. And for that she was thankful.

As her soda began to fall she quickly reacted, reaching her arm out and snatching it before it emptied onto her sofa.

Doing so, she withered in pain from her sore shoulder, "shit!" She rolled her shoulder, trying to get the stiffness to leave it. She huffed out a sigh as she made her way to the kitchen.

She filled a ziplock bag full of ice and proceeded to make her way to what her and Charlie called their moms "First Aid Center."

She snagged the tan bandage out of the cabinet before making it back to the couch with her products in each hand.

She placed the ice baggie where it was sore and began to wrap the cloth around and around her shoulder. She sealed it together, securing the ice to her shoulder. She sighed in relief before laying her back down against the couch pillows. The ice was already doing it's job.

Kendall muted the tv as she heard a knock at the door. She rolled her eyes, getting back up onto her feet.

"They better have a good reason," she mumbled to herself irritably before opening the door.

"Oh, Lucas. Hi." Kendall smiled, not expecting the varsity jock to be standing at her door. He'd never been to her house before, so this was extremely unusual.

"Kendall! Hey," his eyes trailed to her bandaged shoulder, "oh my gosh! Please tell me your shoulder is okay?"

Kendall laughed at his panicked state, "i'm fine, Lucas. You wanna come in?"

He smiled before entering and following her to the living room.

"Boy Meets World?" He questioned with a blush.

"Of course, it's my favorite show you know."

He laughed, "it's mine too."

"Well then, you've got good taste!" They sat in silence a bit, watching the show and snagging chips.

"So Lucas... as much as i love this visit, why are you here?" Kendall laughed nervously, asking the question that had been running loose in her head.

"Oh yeah. I just felt so terrible for hitting you that hard at the game yesterday, i had to come see you."

Kendall smiled at the boy, how could a boy this nice exist? "That's so sweet of you."

"Are you really okay?" He questioned, carefully placing his hand on her hurt shoulder, examining it.

"I'm positive. Nothing i haven't experienced before! It's the game Ford, you shouldn't beat yourself up about it." She responded placing her hand on his, which laid upon her shoulder.

"I still should've been more careful," his words became close to a whisper.

"I've experienced worse, trust me."
