90. "I just came for the cookies"

*LANEY*

"EY MI HIJO"

I woke up to yelling of some sort coming from downstairs. I looked to Jaime's side of the bed, seeing it empty. I thought that was strange since it was about 9 in the morning and we all know Jaime never wakes up before 1pm on his off days.

"¿por qué has hecho esto?" (Tr: Why have you done this?)

"porque me encanta esa chica , mamá!" (Tr: Because I love her mom!)

I rolled out of bed and pulled on a pair of skinny mid-calf yoga pants and nabbed one of Jaime's flannels to put on over my tank top, sliding downstairs to see what this yelling was all about.

Before I could get any farther than 2 steps from the bottom step I had Jaime's mother run up to me "oh my goodness Laney welcome to the family!" she said excitedly wrapping her arms around me and giving me a death-squeeze. I looked over to Jaime who was laughing with his arms crossed.

"Thank you Mrs. Preciado." I didn't know what to do. She goes from hating me then welcoming me with open arms into the family... Yeah okay.

"No no! Thats your title now! Call me mom." she smiled as she stepped away, letting me breathe.

"well then.. Thank you.. m-mom" I stuttered. I still was wary of this whole situation, I looked to Jaime for some sort of signal as to what I should do.

Jaime came over and draped an arm around my shoulders kissing my forehead. I instantly melted into his side, leaning my head gently on his shoulder.

"OH MY GOODNESS Chris get the camera!" His mom squeaked, smacking Chris's should who complied to his moms wishes.

I looked up to Jaime who just laughed, "sorry... crazy mexican family."

"I knew what I was signing up for," I smiled, kissing the tip of his nose, seeing a flash go off and Jaime's mom giggle.

Jaime turned a bright red, tightening his arm around me. I chuckled and kissed him softly, making him grin down at me.

"How about we go into the kitchen and i'll make breakfast for all of us, yeah?" I offered, kissing Jaime's cheek then looked at the others in the room.

Thundering down the stairs came Tony and Erin, "FOOOOD" they both yelled while running into the kitchen, by passing everyone standing there.

I shook my head and got started on breakfast with Jaime's help.

"LAE!!!" someone called from the front yard, only hearing hem because the window was slightly open. I maneuvered away from Jaime and went to the door, opening it slowly.

"BOSS LADY!"

"LAE"

"LANO"

"DOVE"

all 6 of them yelled my different nicknames at me, instantly attacking me in a hug which sent me tumbling to the floor before I had a chance to say anything.

"holy shit, guys! What are you doing here?" I asked as I hugged my crazy Brits.

Hannah pulled Nicholls and Vegan off of me and helped me up, Instantly wrapping he arms around me and squoze my insides out. The boys made their way over to Jaime in the kitchen, yelling and cheering.

"I told you I was on my way to California!" she laughed releasing me. "it was just going to be Me, Jordan, and Oli but the other 3 goons decided that wanted to be here too. So there you have it! "

"well i'm so glad you are here." I smiled hugging her tighter.

"well good, because I planned the party already and its tomorrow so.... boom. Epic Hannah status." she nodded smiling I laughed and shook my head. She took my hand and pulled me back to the kitchen.

"i just came for the cookies."

Oli smacked Nicholls up side the head "wanker."
