23. "Go on Hi-meee... tell her"

I woke up, turning over to see Jaime not there. I sighed and got up, rubbing my eyes for a moment, then huffed back down onto the bed. Holding my head from a major hang over I had. I looked to the night stand to see little white pills, a glass of water and a note.

“Kiwi, thought you might need this. Come down when your awake. -Your Little Lemon Friend”

I laughed to myself. Tony was the best. Now I just wonder where Jaime had gone to.

I quickly took the pills, chasing it down with the water that was still ice cold, sending my body into a shiver. Snuggling into the sheets a bit longer before I decided to get up and throw on some laddered black skinny jeans, red vans, and my red Fall Out Boy tank top. I found one of Jaime's beanies, stealing it and fastened it onto my head with some bobby pins. I did my usual eyeliner but nothing else.. wasn't really feeling it. I grabbed Jaime's Ray-bans out of my purse and threw them on my face, pushing them up so the rested on the top of my head over the beanie and made my way down stairs.

“you guys can cook?” I asked as I slid into the kitchen to where Tony and Mike were at the stove, arguing over what to put into whatever they were cooking.

They both looked over at me. “well someones awake finally.” Mike laughed, dashing something into the pan when Tony turned around and smirked victoriously.

I headed over and kissed both of their cheeks, then sat on the counter with my legs crossed. “whats for breakfast?” I asked taking in a big whiff of the amazing food-ness that engulfed the air.

“soy chorizo with tofu Tacos for you and me, an-” tony started out, getting the tortillas from the cupboard.

“real Mexican spicy taco's for me. “ Mike added in proudly laughing to himself.

I just rolled my eyes and took the plate Tony gave me. “thanks.” I smiled as he slid next to me on the counter, mike sliding onto the other side. “so where did everyone go?” I asked after a moment of us eating in silence.

“Kora went home, Vic, Jaime, and Caity went to the venue today at like 5 am since they had some interviews to do and other things, and then Mike came over because he was hungry … as usual.” he let out a laugh and scarfed down his last taco.

“what time do you guys play today?” I asked, getting out my phone to text Dane that id be there shortly since we had our set in about 3 hours.

“8:45. last ones to play to close the place down.” Mike nodded, getting up and grabbing our finished plates and threw them to the sink.

“then the last day is day after tomorrow's tomorrow?” I asked, sighing softly. We were ending the tour in Albuquerque, where I was born and raised. But I moved out to Virginia when I headed off to college, being joined by Dane when he got into the same college I was at.

“if that means in 2 days then yes. You are correct. “ Tony nodded, sliding off the counter and checked his phone. “want to head to the venue? Caity needs help with things since our merch guy is sick and the guitar tech decided he didn't want to be here anymore.”
