𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘠𝘰𝘶

Hi! Most of you already know but my name is Maddy, and I just want to thank you for reading this far and finishing the sequel with me!

When I wrote the first book I never thought that many people would like it as much as I do, the fact that I already have 40k reads on White Hot Forever and so many on Overheated means so much to me. Reading and replying to everyone's comments was so fun for me, especially seeing everyone's predictions about the plot. A Lot of you came up with amazing observations. I was literally blown away by them and how detailed they were.

Halfway through writing Overheated I started college so I am so sorry this book took so much longer than expected, but thank you to everyone who waited. I was so surprised to see so many people come back to my book within an hour of posting the first chapter after you all waited months, it means so much to me. When I wrote White Hot Forever I never planned on writing a sequel, but I still left a few things unsolved just in case for some reason I did write one. I know the first book is probably a million times better than this one just because it was so hard to come up with another part of Billie & Maddy's story all while making sure every clue, hint and plot makes sense to the original, so I really hope everyone enjoyed it.

I spent so many all nighters in my room sitting at my desk surrounded by crumpled up pieces of paper with sticky notes all over my walls trying to come up with a good story and matching all the mysteries up, trying to get all the scrambled ideas in my head, organized on paper. At one point I came up with so many ideas for a story that didn't even relate to this one so hopefully in the future I will write those stories as well (and yes they will have Billie in them don't worry)!

I spent so much time with this book and the characters and I am so sad for it all to be over. I grow super attached to characters from shows and movies so believe me when I say I am very attached to this book lol.
