Chapter 6: Sisterly Bond

Yolanda POV

My dad told me that he would get the apartment for me and my sisters. At first I wasn't sure about living with Sky and Skyler but after talking to them I couldn't wait. I loved my sisters and Sheba too. Sheba and my mother did their best to make it feel like one big happy family.

Sheba really came thru for my mother after Hector was killed and she basically raised me. Sky and Skyler are two years younger than me and four years younger than Hector.

I'm 22 and the twins are 20. We are post to meet our dad in near Central Park to look at condo's near there. I pulled up the same time as the twins did. Skyler looked like she wasn't in a good mood but you could never really tell with her. My dad was taking his sweet time getting here so me and my sister's just went and took a seat on one of the benches. There was this really cute guy walking his dog and he kept looking in our direction. "Did ya'll peep ole boy checking us out over there? He is looking rather sexy?" Sky said. "I see that nigga and ain't nobody tryna be checking for him he a dope boy." Skyler said rolling her eyes. I wasn't into dope boyz cause they ain't nothing but trouble. I see how the drug game ruined my parents relationship, so i never wanted to deal with anyone that was in the game. We just sat there in our own thoughts when our dad finally showed up.

"My bad girls had some business to take care of that ran over a little bit. Let's go look at this spot." he said. We walked over to this beautiful building. We went up to the 5th floor. The hall was pretty big but I only saw three doors on the floor. We went to door 503 and my dad opened the door. The apartment was beautiful. It was already furnished with black and white. The rooms were huge with California King sized beds. The kitchen had beautiful marble counter tops. "Daddy this place is beautiful." We all said in unison. "You guys like it." He asked. "We love it." We said. "Good cause this is ya'll new apartment. I already paid for it and had it decorated the way you girls would like it." He said. We were all so excited and couldn't wait to move in. My dad gave us our keys and off we went to pack our things to move into our new place.

As i was driving home i couldn't help but think about my brother Hector. He would have really loved the place. I was so wrapped up in my thoughts that I wasn't paying attention to the BMW that seemed to be following me.

G-Money

Yolanda was a lot more than I had expected. She was beyond beautiful, she was gorgeous. I know I had to use her to get close to Domino, but I really wanted to get to know her. She seemed so cool and calm. She was like a breathe of fresh air. I was following her when I noticed that I wasn't the only person following her.

Some chick in a BMW was following right behind her. I don't even think she noticed that this car was right on her tail. Domino had to have taught his daughter's to stay alert. Yolanda being so naïve to what was going on around her made me want to get to know her and protect her more.

As Yolanda was pulling in her drive way I saw ole girl reaching for something. I didn't know if short was gonna start busting at Yolanda or not so I got out of my car and ran up to her.

"Hey Ma! Wait up a minute." I said walking up to her. She was even more stunting up close. She smelled amazing and her smile was just as beautiful as she was. "Do I know you?" She asked as I got up on her. I turned to see the BMW pulling off. I turned back to Yolanda and was lost for words for a second. "Do I know you?" She asked me again.

"Nah I thought you were someone else. My bad ma." I said walking away. "So you followed me all the way from the park to say that. Where is ya dog?" She asked me. That caught my attention. "And thanks for distracting that chick in the BMW but I had my gun cocked already." She said walking up to.

She showed me her Nina ready to bust. She was more alert than I had thought. "Look Ma I saw that car following you so I just wanted to make sure that you was good. There are a lot of weirdos out here." I said to her.

"Well thank you. G-money that was thoughtful of you." She said walking into the house. How in the hell did she know my name? How did she know who I even was? I know my name rings a little bells but not to the point that Domino's daughter would know who I was. If she knows than I'm sure Domino knows who I am to.

I know that I want to get to know Yolanda but I don't think I want to use her to get close to her father anymore.

I was bout to pay that bitch Trina a visit cause I think she is the one that had that chick following Yolanda.

Skyler

I really loved the apartment my dad had gotten for me and my sister's. The only thing that I wasn't to happy about was living with Yolanda. Don't get me wrong that is my sister but she is super naïve when it comes to certain things. Her mother sheltered her from things. On top of that my dad always treats her like his favorite. He only let me and Sky move in cause he didn't want her living alone.

"You alright baby girl." My mom asked. "No I'm not. Why is it that daddy always goes out of his way to make Yolanda happy? It's like Sky and me are just a bunch of orphans." I said to my mother.

"I love all of you the same. Yolanda isn't more important than you and Sky." Domino said. I didn't know my dad was here but I guess now is just as good as any time to tell him how I feel.

I jumped up and walked up to my father. "Bullshit! The only reason why Sky and I were included in the apartment hunt is because y'all didn't want Yolanda living alone." I said pissed off to the max.

My dad didn't say a word he just walked away. I didn't care how him or my mom felt I was gonna say how I felt. My dad came back with his hone and showed me the text that Yolanda sent saying she wanted to live with me and Sky.

"You should feel like an asshole for thinking that your sister doesn't want you as apart of her life. Grow up Skyler." My dad said.

I just looked at my parents and I walked out. I know that my father is more concerned for Yolanda than us.

Sky

I was chilling with Anthony. He was G-Money's right hand man. He was so fine and he did anything for me. He asked me to meet him at the Hard Rock Café. I was waiting on him when I finally saw him come in.

He was everything that I wanted in a man. He treated me with respect and he showed me with lots of gifts. He came to the table and gave me the biggest kiss. "How was the apartment hunting babe?" He asked me. "It was great my dad already had brought us a place and had it fixed up all we have to do is move our clothes in." I said to him.

"Well I still wish you would move in with me. I would love to wake up to you every morning." He said. I was in love with Anthony but I haven't told him that cause I don't want to ruin our relationship. We don't fight we just enjoy each other. My mother likes him and I'm sure my dad would too.

I know that Anthony is a hustler but he keeps that part of his life away from me so I can't complain. He never puts me in harms way so I never stress him about his work. He always comes to me when he has free time and I have never heard about him the the streets with another girl. He has respect for me and I respect him.

"Babe I'm looking my parents are letting us sister's move together. I know my dad would never go for me living with you. We have time for all that." I said kissing him. "I guess you right babe. When you moving to the new spot?" He asked me. "I guess I will start moving stuff in tomorrow. I think Yolanda is moving in tonight." I said.

We ate and laughed and then he dropped me off him like a gentleman. When we pulled up to my place my dad was there. "Who's Lamborghini is that?" Anthony asked. "My dad's babe. I'll see you later Ok." I said kissing him getting out of the car.

When I got to the door I heard my dad and Skyler going at it. I damn sure don't want to be bother with the drama so I think I'm bout to join Yolanda at the new place.
