                      G-money POV

I had forgot I told Alicia I would go to her family dinner. I had to call Courtney back an tell him to have everyone meet me later. I was silent the whole car ride to her parent's house.

I had met her stepmother Jessica a few times and her father Barry was cool. He was raised in the slums of England so he was pretty down to earth.

We owned a few car dealership's together. He thought I had inherited money from my grandfather. He never knew I was in the drug game an if he did he never said anything.

"My cousin Lola will finally be there this time." Alicia said breaking the silence.

Lola was Jessica's niece from Trinidad that she took in after her parent's died.

"Cool. I finally get to meet the cousin you fued with so much." I said pulling up in front of her parent's house.

"She is a amazing artist, but like you she rather waste her time in the streets." Alicia said taking off her seatbelt.

I stopped her before she got out of the car. "I'm really sorry about last night bae. I should have never of put you in danger." I said.

She touched my face an smiled. "I know you are." She said.

We went inside and Jess had the house smelling good.

"Wus good G." Her brother Luke said.

I gave him a pound. Something was off about that kid to me.

"My main man Romelo." Barry said.

We shook hands and I hugged Jessica. She was bad to be an older woman. I had to get myself in check.

"Is Lo here yet?" Alicia asked.

"No. You know she take her sweet ass time coming here." Luke said.

Barry popped him on the back of the head. "Watch your mouth."

Luke was eighteen trying to be a gangsta. He really didn't know what came along with that territory.

Just then this fine thick light skin girl came in.

"I'm here. Sorry the traffic was crazy." She said hugging everyone. Luke's friend Josh was there.

"Lo when you gonna let me take you out?" He asked licking his lips.

She looked him up an down like he was an insect that needed to be squashed.

"Boy bye. Get out of my face. Move now." She said mushing him in the face. Everyone burst into laughter.

I liked her style. She was hood but she had this air about her. It wasn't stuck up or boujee, but she knew who she was an what she wanted out of life.

                           Lola POV

There he stood laughing wit my make believe family like he wasn't who he was. He had killed my friend Remo, so my beef with him was personal.

"Since Alicia is being rude. My name is Lola, but everyone calls me Lo." She said extending her had to me.

"Sorry. This is my boyfriend Romelo. Romelo this is my cousin Lola." Alicia said.

"It's nice to finally meet you. I heard so much about you." He said acting all proper an educated.

"Nothing nice I'm sure." I said making faces at Alicia.

"Actually Licia was telling me that you are an amazing artist." He said.

I grabbed my chest like I was clutching my Pearl's. "She said that about me." I said acting surprised.

"That's enough girls. Let's eat please." Barry said.

"Most of the artwork in here was painted by Lola." Jessica said placing food on the set table.

I hated when she pretended not to be a street chick just like me. Jessica use to hustle back in the day. She even smoked a few niggaz I heard. She changed once she met Barry.

Hell he was fine as hell for an older guy. Shit he had some great dick too. I started fucking Barry when I was nineteen. He was turned on by me one time when he came to my place to check on me for Jess.

I don't care about fucking him shit cause Jess was still fucking Domino. No harm no foul.

                       Barry POV

Lola came in here looking so damn sexy. I couldn't keep my eyes off her. I knew I shouldn't be sleeping with her, but I knew my wife wasn't being faithful. Plus I knew Lola wasn't really related to her.

Jess doesn't know that Lola told me about her real parents and how Jess an her mother were friend's so she took her in.

It was something about Lola that drew me to her like a moth to a flame.

"Maybe you could do a painting for me?" Romelo asked Lola.

I didn't like the fact of him trying to get next to her. I felt my jealousy rise but I couldn't show that.

"If she every has time. When does your art classes start?" I asked Lola.

She looked at me for a second. I guess she saw the hint of jealousy in my eyes.

"What art classes?" Jess asked.

"I was telling Barry the other day that I signed up for art classes at the college. It's nothing major." She said looking at me than down at her food.

"That's great Lo." Luke and Alicia said at the same time. I would pull some strings to get her in those art classes. The Dean is my fraternity brother.

We ate dinner and laughed. We all ended up in the family room watching a movie. I saw Romelo keep stealing glances at Lola.

Lola looked at her watch then stood up. "Jess I gotta go." She said hugging my wife.

"We do to daddy." Alicia said standing as well.

"Ok I will walk you guys out." I said trying to catch Lola who was out the door already.

When I got outside she was in her car pulling off. I would have to drop by her house later.
