Chapter 13: Who Is Wifey

It was kind of awkward talking to Alicia knowing her man liked my sister.

I was going to leave when my boo and G-money walked up.

"Hey baby! I didn't know you was coming out tonight." I said walking up to Anthony.

"Baby! Anthony what the fuck is she talking about?" the girl Liyah asked all hostile.

Anthony was just standing there looking like a deer caught in head lights. So I let her know.

"Anthony is my man. Tell her bae." I said.

The girl started laughing. I didn't get the joke but ok.

"Sweetie you must be mistaking. Anthony and I have a son together and we live together. We been together since we were kids; so he can't be your man. By his reaction he never told you about me. Typical Anthony lying and cheating. You aren't the first honey and sadly you won't be the last." she said.

I felt my heart breaking and I refused to cry or act a fool in front of these people.

I bid everyone good night with my sister's exiting right behind me.

I couldn't believe this. He has a whole family that I knew nothing about.

Why would he do this to me?

Liyah

After Sky walked out I just turned at looked at Anthony. I knew he messed around, but this could affect my business.

"You never have a dull moment do you." I said to Anthony.

I headed towards the door with Anthony on my heels. "Liyah wait! Wait!" he said.

I just turned around and looked at him. I had tears in my eyes. I was so tired of this. I loved Anthony and despite all of the arguing we do sometimes I never cheated on him. I would say things to make him think I was but only cause I wanted him to hurt like I did.

"Anthony I don't want to hear it! I'm tired of being cheated on and having to explain who I am to you. Why Anthony?! I'm done! Stay away from me." I said storming out.

Alicia followed me out cause her and I came together. I was hurt beyond belief.

I was tired and I knew how to get even with him.

Anthony failed to realize I knew how he handled his business. I knew their plans to take over Domino's territory. I also knew they hit Sheba's stash house.

"Hello Sheba. When get this message come see me. I have something I think you need to know." I left on her voicemail.

"Don't do this Liyah." Alicia said.

It's to late. I want him to feel pain and I want him to hurt.

How the fuck did I not know Sky was here? I never meant to hurt her or for her to find out about Liyah like this.

I kept calling her and calling her only to be sent to her voicemail.

"Sky baby please pick up. I need to talk to you." I left on her voicemail.

"Fuck it I know where she lives. You coming?" I asked G-money.

He came outside with me and hopped in my car so he was going for the ride.

"You really care for shorty huh?" G asked.

"Man I love her bro. She is everything I always wanted. She understands that I'm in the streets. She don't want money she just wants me and my time. That's what made me fall in love with her." I said.

"You do know that she is Sheba and Domino's daughter." G said.

I knew about Domino being her father but not Sheba being her mother.

"I don't care I have to make this right with her." I said.

We got to the girls building only to see Domino going inside. We couldn't go in there now.

I was going to wait cause I needed Sky to hear me out.

"Maybe waiting isn't so bad after all." G said when we saw Juan entering the building too.

G was big on loyalty so seeing Juan and Domino in the same place hours after him meeting with us could be bad.

Was Juan also Domino's connect? If he was G was going to find out.
