Chapter 26: Angry Wife

I walked in my house dressed and ready to go. I had called Sabrina when I was on my way so that she could be ready by the time that I arrived. I walked into the livingroom and she was sitting in a chair in the dark.

I wasn't in the mood to argue with her. I was growing so tired of Sabrina and her childish behavior.

I knew she had plenty of men that warmed her bed when I was out of town. My men told me about them being in my house. I only kept her around because of the young women she brought to my escort business.

"Look Sabrina it's time to go. Please don't embarrass me or yourself tonight." I said.

She let out the most sinister laugh I had ever heard.

"Juan you think I am dum. You think I don't know you been fucking that little black bitch who run for Domino. I'm tired of your cheating and lying." She said.

"Sabrina you fuck every man you can an I say nothing. This thing we have now is just business and nothing more." I said walking out of the door.

Little did she know her days were numbered and I was over this marriage. It was time for me to make the woman I loved happy.

I hated Juan so much. Yes I was having multiple affairs. I was doing me because I knew Juan didn't really love me and he never has.

My father owed Juan money and traded me to him when I was eighteen. He married me when I turned twenty one. He gave me a very lavish life an showered me with many gifts, but never his love.

I have always wanted his love, but he has never offered it to me. He has never taken the chance to love me.

"Does my love really matter to you or is all of this coming out because your drunk?" He asked.

I hated that I opened my heart for one second an fell in love with him. It drives me mad that he is in love with that la puta Lola.

She could never be all that I could be to him. He would never marry her. I stood up an stormed off to the front door.

"Vamos para que puedas ver a tu pequeña perra negra esta noche". I said.

He walked up to me very quickly an grabbed me by the throat.

"Don't you ever in your sorry pathetic life say anything like that when you speak about her again." He said with hatred dripping from his words.

In that very moment I realized that he loved her. Not only did he love her he was in love with her.

I could never compete with Lola. Shit I really didn't have anything against her other than the fact my husband loved her and not me.

He got into his new Ashon Martin an headed to the round table.

I called up my good friend Jacob Matthews. He was a professor at the college and if I wasn't mistaken he was on of Yolanda's professor's.

"Really Lo. You need me to be your date to one of these gangster events." He said sitting there looking overly sexy.

Jacob was my best friend Remo's brother. We were like family because my father use to hustle with their father.

"Please Jake. I need a sexy date so I won't be all alone." I begged him.

"I guess but you know I hate events like this plus I have class in the morning. You get two hours max." He said standing so that we could leave.

"I'll take it. Thank you." I said.

We headed out the door to a waiting stretch escalade. I had to show up in style.

I was thinking about Juan an how he went back to his wife every time. I was tired of playing second best so I was done.

"Penny for your thoughts." Jacob said.

"It's Juan. I love him but I love me more an I won't keep putting myself through all this bullshit cause I know he will never leave her. I can't fuck Barry any more because he is loosing it. I just need someone that is just all mines." I said to my friend.

"Lola you are very beautiful and sexy. You could have any man that you want an if Juan can't see how amazing you are than let it go. Sometimes the heart wants what it can't have. You just have to accept that he maybe the one you can't have." He said.

It was true even though it hurt like hell to admit it. I went back to my thoughts and my conclusion was to let him go no matter how much I loved him.
