On the onset of World War Three affected every nation across the world on Planet Earth, and England a young English aristocrat name Lord Patrick William Howard who was born in 2125 had just turn 20 year old in 2145 and he lived in Norfolk, England with his wife, Lady Margaret Devereux and she was only 18 years old in 2145.

Lord Patrick William Howard had just graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Architect and design and he had been invited to join a well known architectural firm in London, England.

Lady Margaret was a seamstress and she had studied in Paris, France and Lord Patrick William Howard and she were married in 2144.

Lord Patrick William Howard and his brother-in-law, Lord John Devereux felt the same pressure with their friends, Lord John Carey, Lord Robert Stuart, Lord Reynold Grey, and Lord Roger Seymour and they were also heckled by either party of the war.

Lord Patrick William and Lady Margaret were sharing a three bedroom flat near where Lord Patrick William Howard worked as a junior architect and where Lady Margaret worked as dress designer.

Lord Patrick William Howard hears about the relocation program started by the United Federation of Planet in San Francisco, California in 2145, and he walks into the British Embassy in London and inquires about the relocation program and he is told " Lord Howard. The program is relevantly new and the test pilot was just implemented in The United States, and 200 couples were allowed to enroll in the program."

Star-Fleet Command and The United Federation of Planets do plan to expand the program some time in the near future. The program will only accept the first 100 couples that enlist." The ambassador explains.

"I have heard the USS Yorktown has already left San Francisco International Airport and they won't arrive until February 1, 2153." The ambassador tells him.

"I heard from the French Embassy, that they will only accept 10 young couples and they will have to come to England." The ambassador states.

"I heard from the Spanish and Portugal Embassy that they will only accept the first 20 couples. " The ambassador states.

The next expenditure will consist, England, France, Portugal, Scotland and Spain." The ambassador states.

"We haven't received any notice when the program will start here but I recommend that you place your wife and your name on the waiting list along with any interested parties." The ambassador tells him.

Lord Patrick William Howard takes his friends, Lord John Devereux, Lord John Carey, Lord Roger Seymour, Lord Reynold Grey, Lord David Stuart, Lord William Hastings, Lord Richard Neville, Lord Henry Stafford, Lord Robert Clifford and they all sign up for their wives and them.

All of them give their wives the news that they are on the waiting list for the new United Federation of Planets Relocation Program and it is just a matter of time that they will leave Europe before World War III escalates.

"I heard the United States is plagued with massive demonstrations and protests and no one is safe." Lord Patrick William tells his friends.

"The USS Yorktown has already left San Francisco International Airport for Star Base 12." Lord Patrick William states.

"When our time comes it will be multinational with 2 couples from France, 1 couple from Portugal, 1 couple from Spain, and 4 couples from Scotland, and the rest will come from England." Lord Patrick William explains.

"The program has limited space for only 150 couples." Lord Patrick William explains, " The other couples will be flying into England from France, Spain, Scotland and Portugal."

"The Embassy hasn't received the lists from France, Portugal, Spain, or Scotland." Lord John tells them.

Lord Patrick William Howard and his friends start to pack up their belongings and only what they can carry onto the next Star-Ship that will leave on April 30, 2153.

All the couples are in their twenties and none have begun their families for various reasons.

Lord Patrick William Howard reluctantly turns his resignation in February 1, 2153 and precisely on the date he does, the USS Yorktown orbits around Star Base 12.

Philip and Phyllis Williams and their friends arrive on Star Base 12 and with The Harris and Westons they settle into a rather modest but comfortable home on Star Base 12.

The rest of the couples share another home with each other and everyone starts to set up their new homes on Star Base 12.

Meanwhile, across Planet Earth, The War Mongers are starting even more heated demonstrations and protests and they even become more violent and marital law is declared.

In England, everyone must be in their homes by 7 PM unless they are working and have a working permit.

The same thing happens in Scotland, France, Spain, and Portugal.

All the European nations enact the strictest laws and no one will be spared and they will be tried and sentenced for breaking the law.

From his window in London, Lord Patrick William watches the military take people away in paddy wagons.

Finally, on April 27, Lord Patrick William Howard and his friends are told that they will be leaving England on board the USS Excalibur on April 30, 2153 from Heathrow International Airport.

Lord Patrick William and his wife, and their friends and wives all gather in Lord Patick William's three bedroom flat and they share the last three days together before they set for Star Base 12.

On April 30, they all gather together and The United Federation of Planet sends a bus to pick them up and take them to The Heathrow International Airport where the USS Excalibur is waiting and they are greeted by Captain Jonathan Archer.

Lord Patrick William holding Lady Margaret's hand leads the way followed by Lord John Devereux and Lady Ann Hastings, and the rest follow behind him.

"Welcome aboard the USS Excalibur. Our journey will take four and half years to reach Star Base 12, but I understand that three of the couples are relocating to Star Base 10." Captain Archer explains.

Captain Archer asks one of the yeowomen to help his guests to their quarters and The USS Excalibur sets off for Star Base 10 and then onto Star-Base 12.
