She was born only 11 months after mother and father were married in June of 2294 and her mother was Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, the heiress to Dukedom of Norfolk Territory and her father was Lord Richard Edward Howard III, and her father and mother were second cousins as the father's were first cousins and their great-grandfathers were both the sons of Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR.
Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane and Lord Richard Edward Howard III are two of the three precious heirs to The Howard family along with Lady Elizabeth's younger brother, Lord Anthony Christopher Howard, Duke of Lancaster Territory.
From day one the two second cousins met each other in 2280. They became inseparable and they hated to be separated from each other.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR couldn't stand to see his golden hair heiress unhappy and he spoiled her rot and all took her side against her father.
