Lt Richard Williams

Lt Richard Williams is the great-great-great-grandson of Philip and Phyllis Williams who fled from Pre-World War Planet Earth in 2147 on board the USS Yorktown.

Lt. Richard William is the son of Phillip Williams and Halley Graham and he was born on Star Base 12 in 2249 and at the same time Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley was born on Talos IV.

Richard Philip Williams attended the day school on Star Base 12 and he graduated in 2265 and in 2266 he started to attend Starfleet Academy and in 2267 he met Kevin Thomas Riley who came from Talos IV.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley and Lt. Richard Williams had a lot in common and that was to better themselves and obtain their internship on board The USS Enterprise with Captain James T. Kirk.

Both Lt. Richard Williams and Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley knew that they would have to study hard and forgo what the ordinary students liked in order to get their internship on board The USS Enterprise.

All of sudden in 2270, Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley had to ask for a leave of absence to return to Talos IV to see to the funeral arrangements of his murdered family.

The dean of Starfleet Academy granted him unlimited compassion leave to return to Talos IV and when he arrived there he was led by the new provincial government to his late father's home.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley found the letter that his father had received from the former government announcing that his family would be executed due to a shortage of food and he and his family were not considered essential people to receive the remaining food supply.

Lt Richard Williams and Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley were separated from a period of 3 years between 2270-2273, but they wrote to each other and Kevin told Richard about what he had seen on Talos IV

"There are unclaimed bodies that no one has claimed and Star-Fleet Command and The United Federation of Planets have no idea where Kudus and his insane daughter are hiding." Kevin tells Richard in a letter.

"My family home was untouched when I was brought to it and I found the letter that the former government sent to my father telling him that my father, mother, and sister would all be executed." Kevin writes to Richard.

"One of neighbors was fortunate enough to hide and void execution, but they remember when the government came out and they first one they lead out was my father, and they placed him against the wall and they shot him until he was dead and then they came to get my mother and sister, and the government didn't even remove my father's body and they clung to each other as they were executed too." Kevin tells Richard.

Richard writes to Kevin and he tells him " Kevin. Don't worry about it. Kudus and his crazy daughter will be caught and brought to justice for all the senseless murders they did. "

"They can't avoid and hide from the law and they will be caught." Richard tells Kevin.

Kevin writes to Richard and he tells him " I am returning to Star-Base 12 when the USS Republic orbits over Talos IV in January of 2274."

"The USS Republic is coming from Post World War Three Planet Earth from California." Kevin tells Richard.

"I can hardly wait to see you again, Richard." Kevin tells him in a letter.

"Kevin. Starfleet Academy hasn't changed much since you left. " Richard tells him.

Lt Richard Williams studies hard while Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley is away.

Finally on June 25, 2274, Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley arrives back on Star Base 12 but during his trip back to Star-Base 12 he meets Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell, Susan Virginia Bell, and Katherine Grace Kelly on board the USS Republic.
