His mother is Lady Alexandrina Charlene Stuart and she is the paternal great-great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord David Robert Stuart who traveled with Lord Patrick William Howard on April 30, 2153.

His father is Lord Anthony Christopher Howard and he is the paternal great-great-great-great-grandson of Lord Patrick William Howard but he is also the maternal great-great-great-great-great-grandson of Lord David Robert Stuart through his paternal great-grandmother, Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart whose brother was Duke of Lennox Territory who had her nephew, Lord Alexander Charles Stuart who was Lady Alexandrina Charlene Stuart's father.

Lord Alexander Charles Stuart married Lady Josephine Isabella Habsburg in 2279, in Lennox Territory and she is the daughter of Lord Ferdinand Habsburg and Lady Carissa De Sousa.

Lady Alexandrina Charlene Stuart is born in July of 2282 one month after Lady Caroline Matilda Carey, whose older brother is Lord Anthony Christopher Howard who is her father's is first cousin to Lord Anthony Christopher father, Lord Andrew Charles and they are second cousins maternal through his grandmother, Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart.

The first time the two second cousins met each other was in 2294 at the double wedding ceremony of Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane and Lady Samhain to their second cousins.

Lord Anthony Christopher is 14 and Lady Alexandrina Charlene is 12 years old in 2294, but in 2296, they meet again at her cotillion when he attends his first cotillion with his third cousin once removed, Lord Richard William Carey who is presenting his sister and third cousin at her cotillion.

At the same cotillion is Lord Alexandrina Charlene Stuart and Lord Anthony Christopher sees Lady Alexandrina Charlene once again and he asks his father about the cotillion.

Lord Andrew Charles explains that once there were two cotillions but it later changed that cotillion would be held for all the young women in December of the year and the cotillion was always held on December 31.
