Great change came to Star Base 12 with the arrival of the European aristocracy from the USS Excalibur.

Shortly after Lord Patrick William Howard moved into his new home of Norfolk Estate.

The Lords on Star-Base 12 called a council and they started to lay their claims to the various territories on Star-Base 12 and Lord Patrick William Howard claims the largest territory on Star Base 12 and it is the northern region of Star-Base 12 and he names it The Dukedom of Norfolk, Lord Reynold Grey claims the southern region of Star Base 12, and he names it Suffolk, Lord John Carey claims the South-Western region of Star Base 12 and he names it Bedford Territory, Lord Edmund Beaufort claims the Northwestern region and calls it Lancaster, Lord John Devereux claims the Eastern territory and names it the Earldom of Essex and Lord David Stuart claims the south-eastern region and calls it Lennox.

All of the four of the largest Dukedoms were established in 2165 and one Earldom as well.

The Dukedoms of Norfolk, Bedford Suffolk, Lennox, and Lancaster along with the Earldom of Essex are established, but there are still a lot of unincorporated territories on Star Base 12.

Shortly after the six Lords establish their Dukedoms and Earldom. Their wives have their children and four born in 2165, Lord Frederick William Howard, Lord Philip John Carey, Lord Alexander David Stuart, Lady Iodine Grey, Lord Edward Devereux, and Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort.

All the Lords with their wives walk out with their heirs/heiresses and Lord Patrick William Howard carries his son, Lord Frederick William Howard in his arms and he is followed by Lord John Carey with Lord Philip Carey, followed by Lord Edmund Beaufort carrying Lady Jeanette Virgina Beaufort in his arms, followed by Lord Reynold Grey carrying Lady Iodine Grey in his arms, followed by Lord David Stuart carrying Lord Alexander David Stuart and finally Lord John Devereux carrying his son, Lord Edward Devereux in his arms.

Two years later what Lord Frederick William Carey called "Petty Aristocrats" had their children, Lord Roger Seymour, Lord William Hastings, Lord Richard Neville, and Lord Robert Clifford in 2167.

By the year of 2168, Phillip and Phyllis William had a daughter, Rosalind Williams, but the other families don't have any children,

Philip Frederick Williams leads the way as the other child on Star Base 12 and he is very handsome and he clashes with Lord Frederick William Howard over the fact that he is an aristocrat and he tells him " There is no such thing as a "Petty" aristocrat. You are a dying breed and eventually your sons won't want to marry one of their own kind and they will want to marry into fresh blood."

"Most of your kind have died after World War One in 1917 with the fall of The Four Greatest Empires, Russia, Germany, Ottoman Empire and The Habsburg Empire." Philip Frederick states.

Nothing could come true with Lord Patrick William Howard's great-great-grandsons, Lord Andrew Charles and Lord Richard Edward Howard Howard II marry outside of the aristocracy in 2275 along with his great-great-great-grandson,Lord David William Beck as well.
