Lord Andrew Charles Howard was the youngest son of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart who was the only daughter of the Duke of Lennox Territory.

Lord Andrew Charles Howard received the nickname as "Lord Parrot " Howard from Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell on Star Base 12.

Lord Andrew Charles was well known for repeating himself which infuriated Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell and she told him " I heard you, Lord Andrew Charles Howard and there is no need to repeat yourself."

"I am not accustomed to being ignored." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.

"Oh! My heart bleeds purple piss for you, Lord Andrew Charles." Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles in front of Susan and Katherine who break out in laughter.

"Do you know who you are talking to Karissa?" Lord Andrew Charles asks.

"Lord Andrew Charles Howard. I am not an aristocrat and I don't follow your rules." Karissa tells him.

"I don't care if you are an aristocrat or a commoner. I treat everyone the same." Karissa tells him.

"Just because you are the youngest son of the Duke of Norfolk Territory. You seem to forget you are out of your father's Dukedom." Karissa explains.

"You have no power in this Dukedom or Territory." Karissa tells him.

"You are lucky if we even see you." Karissa explains.

Lord Richard William Carey walks into the garden and he looks at his second cousin and Karissa talking to each other and he asks. "Is there a problem?"

"Lord Richard William Carey. The problem is your damn second cousin Lord Parrot Howard." Karissa answers.

"What has Lord Andrew Charles done now?" Lord Richard William asks.

"Other than being a royal pain up our asses. He is a nuisance." Susan tells him.

"Lord Andrew Charles. Don't you have something better to do than bother these ladies? Lord Richard William asks.

"I thought I would come to visit Karissa, Susan and Katherine." Lord Andrew Charles tells his second cousin.

"Perhaps, you have worn out your visit." Lord Richard William tells him.

Susan. Lord Richard Edward Howard II has asked if he may come out to see you?" Lord Richard William tells her.

"Lord Carey. I am not in the mood. He is very nice but right now Karissa, Katherine and I are just trying to get settled in our new home." Susan tells Lord Richard William.

"Please tell him maybe later he can come out and visit." Susan tells him.

"I heard from Kevin and he asked to let you all know that he is going out soon with a friend, Lt. Richard Williams." Lord Richard William tells them.

"We are always happy to see Kevin and meet one of his friends." Karissa answers, "He is one of us and he has an outstanding invitation."

"Now on the other hand, Lord Andrew Charles, Lord Richard Edward II and Lord David William Beck need to be invited." Katherine tells him.

"Did you hear that Lord Andrew Charles. Please tell my other second cousins what these ladies had said." Lord Richard William asks Lord Andrew Charles.

"I will convey the message to Lord Richard Edward II, but I rarely travel out to Elmhurst Estate in Essex Territory." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lord Richard William.

"I will ask Kevin to convey the message to Lord David William Beck." Lord Richard William tells Lord Andrew Charles "As he is senior medical officer at Star-Fleet Academy." Lord Richard William states.
