In the year of 2274, came the general election of The United Federation of Planets and they voted Nanietta Bacco as President of The United Federation of Planets as their President.

The headquarters of The United Federation of Planets is located in Paris, France whereas Star-Fleet Command is located in San Francisco, California along with satellite Star-Fleet Academies established in The United States, Europe, and on Star Base 12.

Nanietta Bacco was 35 years old when she was elected President of The United Federation of Planets and she was born in 2245.

Nanietta Bacco comes from a political family beginning with her grandfather who was governor of Cestus III and later on she ran and became governor of Cestus III and she liked baseball that became a favorite sport on Cestus III.

Nanietta Bacco became Governor of Cestus III in 2269 until 2274 and in 2274 she ran for President of The United Federation of Planets but before she did she married had a daughter, but later on she divorced her husband as she found out he was con-artist who had married two other women and used them for their money.

In 2275, Nanietta Bacco became President of The United Federation of Planets and she won the election.

Her Honor, Madame President decides to take a trip to Star Base 12 to try to ratify a new Prime Directive with the Lords of Star Base 12 and at the meeting are the direct descendants of Lord Patrick William Howard, and Lord John Philip Carey and Philip and Phyllis Williams among them are Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard, Lady Susan Virginia Howard and Lady Katherine Grace Beck along with Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory, Lord David William Beck, Earl of Essex Territory, Lord Richard Edward Howard II, Duke of Wessex Territory, Lord Alexander Charles Stuart, Duke of Lennox Territory, Lord John Seymour, Duke of Somerset Territory, Lord Edmund Grey,Duke of Suffolk Territory.

This meeting takes place at Norfolk Estate on May 1, 2276, exactly 123 years later after the May Day Horror of 2153.

The procession is lead by Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, the great-grandson of Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory, the great-great-great-great-grandson of Lord John Philip Carey and Lord David William Beck, the great-great-great-great-grandson of Lord John Devereux, Earl of Essex Territory and along with them are Lord Andrew Charles, Duke of Norfolk Territory, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann, Marchioness of Pembroke Territory, Lord Richard Edward II and Lady Susan Virginia Howard, Duke and Duchess of Wessex Territory, Lady Katherine Beck, Countess of Essex Territory, Lord John and Lady Josette Seymour, Duke and Duchess of Somerset Territory, Lord Edmund and Lady Georgiana Grey, Duke and Duchess of Suffolk, Lord Alexander Charles Stuart, Duke of Lennox Territory.

The landmark occasion is held in the grand-drawing room at Norfolk Estate with the red carpets laid out for the visit of President Nanietta Bacco.

President Nanietta Bacco is greeted by Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, the Duke of York Territory and he presents his first cousin twice removed, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory, and then he tells Madame President " Madame President. May I present my son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory and this is his wife, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann, Marchioness of Pembroke, and this my heiress, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, and this is my nephew, Lord Richard Edward Howard II and his wife, Lady Susan Virginia, Duke and Duchess of Wessex Territory, and this is my grandnephew, Lord David William Beck, and his wife, Lady Katherine Grace, Earl and Countess of Essex Territory."
