Lady Victoria Elizabeth and Lord Andrew Charles Howard III,
They were both born during the baby-boom of 2320 on Star Base 12 and one was the great-granddaughter of Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard, 1st Duchess of Norfolk Territory and her husband, Lord Richard Edward Howard III, 2nd Duke of Wessex Territory who were second cousins.
One was the great-grandson of Lord Anthony Christopher Howard, Duke of Lancaster Territory and Lady Alexandrina Charlene Stuart, Duchess of Lennox Territory on Star Base 12.
Lady Victoria Elizabeth was destined to become the 3rd Duchess of Norfolk Territory and she was the eldest of her grandmother's children, Lady Karissa Ann Howard who was named after her paternal grandmother, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard-Carey nee Lowell who traveled to Star Base 12 in 2270 just like her paternal great-great-great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard in 2153.
Both were fleeing from Pre-World War Three Planet Earth and Post World War Three Planet Earth.
Lady Karissa Ann married her second cousin once removed, Lord William Frederick Howard IV who is the great-grandson of her great-great-great-grandfather of Lord Frederick William Howard through his eldest son, Lord Frederick William and she was his great-great-grandniece through his younger brother, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR who was her great-great-grandfather.
Lady Karissa Ann gives birth to Lady Victoria Elizabeth in January of 2320, and she is followed two months by her second cousin, Lord Andrew Charles Howard II, who is her uncle's grandson by his second son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard II.
The first time they met each other is at the great-grandmother's funeral and interment in June of 2330 and they are both ten years old.
Lady Victoria Elizabeth is with her mother, Lady Karissa and her grandmother, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane and Lord Andrew Charles Howard III is with his father, Lord Andrew Charles II and his father, Lord Anthony Christopher along with Lady Caroline Matilda Carey, Lady Isabella Karissa Carey and Lady Sophia Carey, and Lord Benjamin Lawrence Carey, Duke of Langley and his daughter, Lady Beatrice Laura Carey and her son, Lord Robert Frederick Carey II, Lady Samhain with her daughter, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard and her daughter, Lady Jeanette Virginia Howard, Lord Albert Edward with his daughter, Lady Alberta Edwina and her son, Lord Edward Andrew Howard, Lady Sophia Dorothea Howard, her daughter, Lady Mary Henrietta Howard and her daughter, Lady Edmee Georigana Howard, and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann and her daughter, Lady Charlene Andrea Howard.
