The USS Excalibur orbits around Star Base 12 on April 30, 2159, and shuttle-crafts transport down the new arrivals on Star-Base 12.
Philip, Phyllis, Sam, Rose, and the other couples are waiting to greet the new arrivals from the USS Excalibur.
The doors open, the ramp is lowered and Captain Archer walks out and following him is Lord Patrick William Howard holding the hand of Lady Margaret, followed by Lord John Devereux and Lady Ann, Lord John Carey and Lady Elizabeth, and the rest of the arrivals from Europe.
Philip walks over and he extends his hand in friendship to Lord Patrick William, Lord John Devereux, Lord John Carey, Lord Edmund Beaufort, and the rest and Lord Patrick William extends his hand as well "Welcome to Star-Base 12 Lord Howard and party." Philip Williams tells him.
"This is Sam and Rose Weston." Philip tells him "
"My wife, Sam, Rose, Perry and Carry will host Lord Patrick Willam, his wife, Lord John Devereux and his wife, Lord John Carey and his wife, Lord Edmund and his wife, and Lord David Stuart and his wife." Philip tells them.
"My neighbors will host the rest of you in their homes." Philip tells the new arrivals."
Philip and Phyllis walk their guests to their home that they are sharing with Sam Rose, Perry and Carry and Philip tells them " We have rooms for all of you, but you will have to share a bathroom."
"We are used to sharing Lord Williams." Lord Patrick William tells him.
"Lord Howard. We are Americans here. We don't have titles, property, or such like. My first name is Philip." Philip tells him " My wife's name is Phyllis, this is Sam and Rose Weston and Perry and Carry Harris."
"We will address you according to your custom." Philip explains.
"Star Base 12 has a lot of homes available, but take your time as you have just arrived." Sam tells him.
"The Star-Fleet Corp of Engineers built all of these homes." Perry explains.
"They are all pretty modern and are reasonable." Sam explains.
"You see Lord Howard. We all traveled together on the USS Yorktown from California." Sam explains " We are all friends, we all fled from Pre-World War Three Planet Earth in 2147."
"The demonstrations and protests started to get too heated and we were expected to take a side either for Pro or Anti and we couldn't remain neutral. We were heckled as we walked the streets of San Francisco." Perry explains.
"We experienced much of the same in England and then martial law was enacted and you had to be off the streets by 7 PM or risk getting arrested." Lord Patrick William explains.
"The people of London would heckle my friends just going to work and back." Lord Patrick William explains.
"We had to wait until the United Federation of Planets started the program in Europe." Lord John Carey explains,"It was limited to only 150 couples throughout Europe."
"When the program was piloted in the United States it was only limited to the first 150 couples throughout the United States." Perry explains.
"I am not sure just how many couples came from any one state." Sam explains.
"I do know that only two couples came from France, three from Scotland, One from Portugal, one from Spain, and the rest are from England." Lord Edmund explains.
"None of us have started our families yet. We are working on it." Philip confesses " We will be happy with one child."
"None of us were able to start our family either, but once we are settled we will." Lord Patrick William states.
"I am still in my late twenties and my wife is too." Lord Patrick William tells Philip.
All of the families come together and eat a meal together and gather in the living room and they talk to one another and share their stories about how World War Three devastated their lives and how they never found out just how many lives were lost until later.
"I have asked Starfleet Command if they have compiled the list of casualties from World War Three, but the International Red Cross hasn't got the number." Lord Patrick William states.
"I heard the number during the initial attack was over 60 million people, but it doesn't count those who survived and are suffering from radiation sickness." Samuel tells Lord Patrick William.
"I did hear the attack happened at 11:30 PM EST when the ECON launched the first attack and everyone was sleeping when they launched the attack." Philip tells Lord Patrick William.
"The day of attack was May 1, 2153." Perry tells Lord Patrick William.
"Did you hear this part of the May Day horror " Near Richmond, Indiana, several jets dropped bombs. A group of people took shelter in the East Fork Presbyterian Church. As the bombs dropped, the group and the church were saved when the church was transported to Terralysium. The group started the New Eden colony and worshiped the Red Angel who was in actuality a time traveler, Dr. Gabrielle Burnham." Sam, Perry and Philip ask Lord Patrick William Howard.
"I am sorry gentlemen. I find it hard to believe that a handful of people who sought shelter in a church were saved and transported to this Terralysium." Lord Patrick William explains.
"All of these people were Christians of different denominations and none of our Jewish, Islam, Hindu, Buddhist or Pagan Brethren and sisters were saved." Lord Edmund states.
"I know what the Bible teaches:Beware of wolves that dress in sheep clothing." Lord David Stuart tells him.

All of the families become the best of friends and the way that Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord John Carey repay Philip and Phyllis Williams is by naming their first born sons after Philip Frederick Williams, and Lord Patrick William named his first born son, Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord John Carey names his son, Lord Philip John Carey and they are born five years later in 2165.
Before Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord Philip John Carey are born, Philip and Phyllis have a son, Philip Frederick William II and he is the great-great-grandfather to Lt. Commander Richard Williams who became good friends of Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley.
Philip Frederick Williams arrives in 2163 two years before Lord Frederick William Howard and Lord Philip John Carey are born.
