They were from two different worlds apart, one was born into a normal life and the other was born into the aristocracy on Star Base 12, both of their parents had to flee Pre-World War Three Earth to escape from being persecuted by the war-wongers before World War Three broke out on May 1, 2153.

Philip Frederick Williams born to Philip and Phyllis Williams was born in 2163 on Star Base 12 and he was officially the first born child on Star Base 12 and he was brought up in a very normal family with loving parents and he made friends very easily with the rest of the children all but for Lord Frederick William Howard.

Lord Frederick William Howard complains to his father, Lord Patrick William Howard and Lord Patrick William explains " Listen here, Lord Frederick William. We only got part of the prime directive rectified in 2165."

"The United Federation of Planets will dismember our Dukedoms from all the Lords and if any complaints are filed by the patrolling Star-Ship commander they reach StarFleet Command and The United Federation of Planets. They will come in with their own government." Lord Patrick William tells him.

"You will only succeed me if I can retain my Dukedom and Territory." Lord Patrick William states.

"Father. I don't like that commoner, Philip Frederick Williams." Lord Frederick William states.

"Lord Frederick William Howard. You don't have to like everyone, but you do have to learn to get along with everyone that lives on Star Base 12." Lord Patrick William states.

"I don't particularly like Lord Hastings, Lord Neville or Lord Clifford, but I am polite and civil to them." Lord Patrick William tells them.

"Why don't you like them, father?" Lord Frederick William asks.

"I have my reasons." Lord Patrick William states, "The Hastings, Neville and Cliffords have always been side to side throughout the centuries." Lord Patrick William states.

As the Beauforts, Carey, Howards and Stuarts have been throughout the centuries as well as the Spencer-Churchills." Lord Patrick William states.

"I can't speak for the Seymours as they are no different than the Cliffords, Neville, or Hastings. " Lord Patrick William states, " The Howards and The Devereux have stuck together since the War of the Roses when Lord Walter Devereux fought alongside Lord John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk and both died together.

"You see my son, The Cliffords, Neville, and Hastings come from a long line of Barons as do the Percy's but they rose." Lord Patrick William tells his son.

"Lord Frederick William that during the 14th century when King Edward II didn't listen to his father, King Edward I." Lord Patrick William explains

"It is a good thing that England didn't have fratricide where brother kills off brother to keep the throne." Lord Patrick William explains.

"England had it series of bloody murders between relatives with the murder of King Richard II by Henry of Bolingbroke, who names his first cousin, Roger Mortimer as heir, but Henry thought he had more rights, and son, King Henry V didn't reign that long and his son, King Henry VI was deposed by his cousin, King Edward IV the come-kid twice. " Lord Patrick William states.
