Evelyn leapt down onto the platform within the Pyramid, looking upon the vast expanse above the Upended machine, dusting off her jacket. A large red figure levitated down to stand on solid ground, hands clasped behind their back and a glaive floating beside them.

Evelyn unintentionally mimicked his posture as she stood a few meters away, looking up at him.

"... And you are?"

Evelyn; "You first."

"I am Rhulk, first disciple of the Witness."

Eve; "I am Evelyn-7, chief of security for the Last City of Earth. I was informed you're trapped in here due to the Witch Queen."

Rhulk; "This is true... Why come here, alone, to face me? You went through a lot of trouble to avoid my caretaker and circumvent the many traps I laid."

Eve; "I don't come here to face you... In fact, I come here to learn."

Rhulk cocked his head to the side as Eve formed a tea cup from Stasis, a pitcher transmatting into her off hand and pouring some tea in. She used the Void to levitate the cup up to Rhulk, which he hesitantly took, despite his palm dwarfing the vessel. Evelyn made a cup for herself and took a sip of her tea.

Rhulk; "... Why do you do this? Every other Lightbearer I've seen pass this place has been seeking a fight; to prove that the sword of their will is the sharpest... And yet, you come to hone your mind."

Eve; "Much as I entertained the idea... You're the last of your kind. You may or may not care anymore, but I do."

She took another sip as Rhulk gazed down at his own cup, awkwardly fit between his hands as he reclined against his glaive in the ground. Eve herself sat on the floor cross legged, smiling a little as she saw Rhulk get comfortable.

Eve; "So, please... Tell me more about Lubrae."

Rhulk looked forward at nothing in particular. His mind raced with memories, not all of them pleasant... But, nostalgia would eventually get the better of him as he briefly removed his mask to sip the tea.

Rhulk; "... There were two suns: one, eternally shaded in the dark. The other, always a brilliant blue."
