Chapter -12( The original plot)

The next day

Here I am in my room thinking about the the actual plot line of the story after getting ready for breakfast without going downstairs.

In the original story after Alisha's death the hero faces many troubles from Belinda Reid, the concubine who broke Alisha's marriage. After Alisha's demise
Belinda became the empress and she tries a lot to eliminate our hero so that her son John will have a smooth journey to the throne. The emperor never cared about Alexander which gave her a lot of strength but she didn't expect Alexander to have the backing of his grandfather Harold and my father. Even then she tried her best to cause trouble to him later our male lead leaves for war at a young age of 14.

He comes back at the age of 20 after winning the war. Our female lead Cassie Anderson was the daughter of the concubine. Her father absuses her after the loss of the war. She comes her as a spy because her father threatens her using her mother. Here after our hero wins the war he revolts against his father and brother and ascends the throne. Our female lead Cassie comes as a maid. She tries herself to get close to him. Since our hero has a stony face it's not easy for her to get close to him and later falls for him.
Even our hero feels something for her but he already has a fiancee and he doesn't want to cheat on her so he never acknowledged his feelings for her. Lina came to know about this at first she ignored, later she use to insult Cassie.

Our male lead didn't like this change in his Lina and started to avoid her. Later on the engagement ceremony of our Lina and Alexander a big banquet was held at the palace there a big issue took place which led to Lina's death sentence. She was sentenced for poisioning Alexander. On that night Alexander went to meet Lina in the prison. He opened the door of the prison and there stood Lina her hands are shackled. He went near her and opened her shackles. Her fair and smooth hands are bruised because of the shackles.

Her face is pale but she still glows even in such a place. Her lips lost colour their colour. Her blonde hair is unkept but she still looks beautiful her aura is still the same. She is not called a cold beauty for nothing, where Lina asked him

"Do you really believe that I will try to poison you or her " she asked.
Her green eyes looked at him with hope but all she got was his silence. Her demeanor changed seeing this.

"Do you know Alex I only loved from my childhood till now. I never even looked at anyone or have given a chance to anyone to approach me. I have done everything to help you. Why would I do such a thing to you. Ohhh you might be thinking that maybe I wanted to poison your Cassie. No I have never been such a person. I am Lina Wilson I will never do such cheap things. If I ever wanted to kill her I would have done it and you will not be able to do anything. Do you want to know why I ignored her in the beginning, cause I know you are starting to have feelings for her that is why I thought of breaking the engagement so I avoided you". Said Lina and saw that Alexander is frowning and wanted to say something but she gestured him to let her complete.

"If we really love someone the we will do everything to keep them happy and safe.
So I wanted to break the engagement I know you won't accept your feelings for her because of me. I also know feelings can't be forced hence I thought to let go of you. To inform this I came to the palace but I got to know that she is a spy sent by our enemies and she is here only to know our military secrets. Only then I started to hate her that is why I use to insult not because I am jealous of her. I wanted to tell this to you but I know you will not believe me without proofs so I didn't tell you but you misunderstood me thinking I am jealous of her. You started avoiding me today I want to tell you this but everything changed in a fraction of seconds and I was accused by them and sentenced by you. Still I am not angry with you and I am not regreting loving you. I never asked you anything Alex can I ask something??? Will you fullfill it?? Think of it as my last wish."saying this walked towards him. Standing infront of him she suddenly wrapped her arms around his neck and stood on her tiptoe and kissed him on his lips. Alexander stood there but didn't push her. She kissed him for sometime time and left him. Then she lost her balance suddenly but Alexander caught her by her waist.

"I am sorry Alex for ruining your first kiss. I didn't even have my first kiss I don't want to die without having my first kiss you know I couldn't kiss any one other than you so sorry. I know you don't want to share your first kiss with me. Think of this as a favor" saying this she completely collapsed. Alex frowned in confusion about her condition. He sat down with her her head on his lap and patted her face lightly to wake her up. Then Cassie came to the prison and saw  Alex and Lina. Lina gains consciousness and looks at Alex and then sees Cassie who is standing at the entrance.

"Take good care of my mother and father Alex something big is happening take care of yourself and don't trust anyone easily. I never confessed to you directly. I wanted to say this a long time ago I never thought I would say this to you like this , I love you Alex" after that she started coughing blood.

She looks at Cassie and says" change yourself or the consequences will be hard" in her usual cold demeanor

Then she looked at Alex and said" goodbye Alex. Tell my dad and mom that I said sorry to them. Find the end of this conspiracy. I don't want to drag my dad's name down. I don't want his loyalty to be questioned" She saw tears in his eyes.

" Am I really seeing tears in your eyes for me Alex. It really made me happy seeing some expression on your cold face though. You look good when you smile Alex . My bad I am leaving without seeing you smile.Good bye Alex take care " saying this she looked at Cassie and frowned later giving a sad smile to Alex and closed her eyes. Alex took her in his arms and called for the doctor. Later the doctor told him that it's too late and that she died of poisoning.

After Lina's death Alexander was angry at Cassie for betraying him and sent her out of the imperial palace. Then our heartbroken Cassie and the second male lead, Noah Watson meet and he will fall in love her. Later she also falls in with him but he was killed by the Villan, Christian Ayettey and the Villainess, Isabella Greene. Isabella is the fiancee of the second male lead. Noah Watson is the son Duke Kelvin Watson of the Watson family. Later Cassie forgets Alex and falls in love with Noah after his death Alexander takes her back with and marries her. Cassie even though she married Alex she is still in love with Noah and couldn't forget him.
Alexander tries his best to heal her later gets to know that she is pregnant with Noah's child. Even after knowing this he accepts her. The story is popular for the male lead's selfless love for the female lead. This is the end of the story there are many parts that I have skipped now I curse myself for that.

The worst part is Lina is called sub-villian because she caused the break up between hero and the heroine. There are a lot of fans for Lina as they are very much connected to this character. There is a debate going on her being called sub-villian. Even I and agreed felt bad for her at that time ,at that time I don't know that I am feeling bad for myself. Whatever loving the male lead is lethal to Lina hence it is better to avoid him.

After coming to a conclusion I made my way out to have my breakfast. This thinking has consumed a lot of energy and I am feeling hungry.
