Chapter 161: The Upcoming Chaos

When Regina, alongside with other Demigods working for her, arrived at the place of the Underground facility after taking care of the enemy Demigods for hours, they saw the giant hole in the field, which caused her to feel a headache coming.

There were already tens of her men gathered there, looking at a 300 hundred meter long and 300 meter wide hole to investigate while some demigods were among the crowd, looking at the hole with grave expressions.

The hole was very deep. So deep that she could not see the bottom of it with the naked eye. However, with her senses, she could easily see there was something at the bottom.

"What in the hell happened here?" The Headmistress could not help but murmur to herself.

"Headmistress."

Regina was surprised when she heard a familiar expressionless voice coming from behind her.

"Wave, it looks like you arrived first."

"Mm. Did you catch the one you were chasing?"

"I didn't. He was very slippery and did not show his face from the start to the end. How about you?"

Regina sighed in disappointment. However, she was already expecting something like that.

When Regina heard about the sight of a massive ship heading towards space, her expression stiffened.

"It seems our enemies get help from other worlds to gain such technology."

"Maybe, but we're not sure."

Wave put on a bitter smile, "Let's go down. I want to see what is underground."

"Mm."

The situation had long ended when they reached the bottom of the hole. Vanoss, his friends, Isabella, and her two club members had left the place long ago, and the only thing that remained of the laboratory was a destroyed place.

Frowning, the Headmistress waved her hand. Immediately, the debris rose in the air and floated towards her.

"What is it?" Wave asked curiously. Looking at the end of the, she saw what seemed like red armor.

"If I'm not mistaken, this armor might be as strong as a Divine-class one, if not an S-rank one. From what I have to guess it might be the cause of creating one of the two giant holes." Regina's expression was grave. She then looked at her surroundings and waved her hand again, making more pieces of debris float towards her.

However, those aren't debris, they are guns and weapons.

Although Regina didn't see those types of weapons a threat to her, even to an A-rank, those weapons she was looking at seemed far too ordinary.

"How ruthless..." Regina analyzes each of the weapons with a grim expression. "The power of these muskets is enough to kill an unprotected A-rank and injure even a weak Demigod."

Wave was stunned, "Do you mean, they have ways to make weapons to kill demigods by using Modern weapons?"

Regina nodded.
