Chapter 144: Feastables

[Absolute Freezing] is one of the highest levels of ice magic one of Moo's beasts, the Frozen Uniforn have, which not only freezes the target under extremely thick ice that could even freeze a high-level Fire Elemental Spirit for a long period of time, but it also puts a layer of powerful barrier below it.

It was done in such a way that neither would the target get affected by the temperature nor would they be able to escape by force.

The skill has its own advantages and disadvantages. An advantage is that obviously, the affected target won't be able to move. Under this state, Moo and his friends were able to cause damage to the frozen target with energy attacks.

The disadvantage is that any physical attacks on the B-rank from outside will only damage the ice and the barrier, helping out the trapped target.

​Another disadvantage is that even Moo cannot free a person from a freezing state. So, if an ally was caught in the range by mistake, then, they were as good as going into a vulnerable state just like his friends, and he can't do anything about it.

There are only three ways to get out of the state.

First, they need to wait until the time limit is over. The time limit varies according to the strength of the trapped one.

Second, someone from the outside helps them out by attacking it but they need to have a strong physical strength.

Third, which isn't actually a way but a prerequisite condition. If a target possesses a powerful 10th tier fire element spell, they can get out on their own for more than ten seconds.

Being the only guy who isn't frozen in ice, Moo then brought out his Warden and used its strength to free his friends and the Battle Tank for several seconds.

"The fuck, Moo! You should've controlled that shit move yours, idiot!" Wildcat scolded.

"Haha, sorry." Moo apologized.

As the Team recovered, they then tried to help the other people that were being victimized by the attack.

Unfortunately for Hormon, he has no fire based spells, and so he was only qualified for the first way. The only good thing is that he's temporarily in the <A> Rank, so, it won't take a half or an entire minute for him to get free.

About 40 seconds later, he was freed but tried to yell at the group only to get knocked out by Moo's Warden.

"Damn, he never stops barking, isn't he?" Moo asked, looking at his unconscious body.

Vanoss nodded, "Same as his brother... hey Moo, wanna rob the guy?"

Moo looked at Vanoss with a frown for a few moments before a small smile appeared on his face.

"...Yeah."

Without bothering from the people's attention, 

the two completely rob him. Apart from the clothes he wears, everything else like a bunch of various magic Items in his sleeve, a storage ring, and his <B+> Rank lance was secretly confiscated by Wildcat and put in his [Gates of Babylon], bound it upon to his soul.

Another 20 seconds later, the others in the whole Antarctica like land were also recovered. The ice below them was gone and many people just started to move away in fear except for others, trying to recover the outpost and scolded Moo for what he just did.

Of course, it was also their fault for not activating the Magic Item to negate the range and effects of the spell early before Moo's Unicorn used it.
