Richie's POV
When I got off the ferris wheel, I ran to Eddie, I was mad because I completely blamed him for it.
Max and El are always looking at me and him together and laughing about it, of course she'd think I'm fucking gay!
"Eddie, what the fuck!" I say as soon as I got to him. Eddie looked at me confused in response, I was furious though at the moment though and I just wouldn't shut up.
"Max thinks I'm gay because of you! If you weren't so clingy she wouldn't think this way." I continue to rant about how it's his fault, Eddie didn't even look like he cared and wasn't even phased which irritated the fuck out of me when I realized. "Say something Eddie! What the fuck!"
I then realized that maybe I shouldn't had said all of that to Eddie, he'd never let something like this slide.
"Richie, it's not my fault your crush thinks you're gay, that's your problem. You're the one always play flirting with me and being all whiny and shit when I don't want to do shit you. This is your fault, you're the fucking gay guy here so fuck off and blame your fucking self!" He whispered, but it was an angry and slightly loud whisper.
We all went home, El went with Max and Will went with Mike, Me, and Eddie.
Eddie had ran off into the house before everyone else, not in a sad way or anything but he was racing Mike despite him getting a head start. Me and Will followed behind them, I was still upset by the whole gay thing.
Mike came back to us, panting from running, he stood with Will and smiled like a geek at him, I sigh dramatically to get his attention as I start to walk towards the basement door.
Mike looked over at me and scoffs"Boo hoo Richie. So what if she thinks you're gay!" Mike said and I rolled my eyes knowing he heard me and Eddie's conversation, I walked out of the room and went to the basement. The place everyone goes to think. (Foreshadowing.)
As I went and opened the door I saw Eddie sitting on a step. I sighed and walked towards him.
"You okay?" I asked while sitting next to him, feeling a bit of guilt about earlier.
"Nah, I kinda just wanted to be alone. You can stay though, I mean this is your house." Eddie says softly, he looked like he was fine.
"Sorry if I'm the reason Max thinks you're gay." Eddie said sympathetically as he turned to me.
"It's not your fault Eds. People just don't know what a good friendship is." I said as I knocked into his arm purposely then laughed after, trying not to make him feel bad.
"I said to stop calling me Eds, this is why she thinks you're gay Richie!" Eddie said while also laughing and knocking back into me.
I sighed and put my arm around him. "Te amo, Eddie Spaghetti." Richie whispers to which Eddie soon whispers back.
"I love you too, Rich."
