*sorry abt last chapter. Um I'm starting to write this in Ireland again bcs we had another funeral yesterday for my aunt. Hopefully I can get this written soon but it's supposed to be a longer one, so I don't know. How is everyone? It was really snowy in England when I left (it delayed our flights, so we got in at 2AM :( but it was pretty) so I wonder if anyone else is having fun weather adventures. Hope it is all well with you lot and that the interest in the book hasn't gone down too much. Love you all!

Christmas Eve at the Avengers Tower felt odd. The massive Christmas Tree had been put up by Thor (who was always delighted by the 'Midguardian Traditions') while everyone decorated it with FRIDAY playing their Christmas playlists -years before it was created the ever-expanding team would argue over what to play so everyone piled their favourites onto one playlist that got shuffled so no more fights would break out.

This year, however, Christmas was planned to be celebrated more than they had ever before because of one little girl that definitely needed the best Christmas. Though the team was split in half it was clear that they all shared the same goal of keeping it friendly and happy for the holidays, which included getting ready together. Little hurds of the team would go out together to buy gifts while the other were fighting on missions so the press would be distracted, Sam and Clint were in charge of picking and buying Christmas jumpers out for everyone, Bruce and Thor were in charge of food shopping (neither knew what to buy so Alice ended up babysitting them at the store), Steve and Vision were in charge of Holiday Cards, Bucky and Rhodey were in charge of getting new matching pyjamas as they have new members of the family, Wanda and Stephan were in charge of the clean-up/ set up for the next wave of chaos, Pepper and Scott were in charge of organising the annual sleep over for Christmas Eve, Natasha and Tony were in charge of figuring out the Santa gig, leaving Wade, Harley and Sofia to organise the Christmas Day schedule.

Presents were under that tree, glistening with the flickering light from the fireplace that gets to be used. Stephan kept arguing that they shouldn't have a fire considering the massive amount of stockings that hung in front of the hungry flames, but when no one listened to him he concluded to putting a spell on it to keep the flames at bay.

Everyone had personalised stockings, the Original Six's stockings hung proudly on the far too small mantlepiece while the rest travelled down the sides of the fireplace and beside it on the walls- making the fireplace look extraordinarily busy with 20 personalised, colourful, stockings hanging randomly around. Tony's one had an arc reactor in the middle with snow falling around, Stephens one had a portal to the North Pole on it, Steve's had a shield wrapped in twinkling lights, Bucky had a metal armed elf running with a twinkling shield on it, Nat had a Santa Claus in a cat suit, Clint had a reindeer with arrows for antlers, Bruce had an green elf in a lab coat, Thor had Mjölnir on it covered in snows flakes, Sam's had red wing chasing a arrow headed reindeer with a Santa hat on, Rhodey had war machine in a Santa suit, Pepper had Stark Industries covered in snow and Christmas lights on it, Alice had one of Mr and Mrs Claws in the Deadpool and Black Widow suit sitting at a bar together on it, Sofia had eight reindeers dressed in the original Disney princess dresses, Vision had a encyclopaedia of Christmas traditions on top, Wanda had an elf levitating presents with red mist, Wade had a elf running from someone in a Deadpool suit but with the Spiderman mask, Harley had a slay with the Disney princess reindeers pulling it with a Picasso style Santa riding it, Scott had army of ants wearing Santa hats. Two stockings were left to be put up with the rest, but a gloomy glow etched around them- Peters stocking hung next to Wades with a Spiderman wearing Deadpool mask ran to chase his friend through the fabric, while Pietro's hung next to Wanda's with a elf with white hair was running leaving a trail of blue vapour and gifts flowing behind.
