Wades POV

Peter had just finished his parade around the dining table in his date outfit when I noticed something missing. "What do you think?" He asked, doing a twirl, lifting his eyes into the air.

I got up and undid two of his buttons on the shirt, "Baby boy, this is your first date and its with your future husband. Stop being a dad for a minute and be a teen boy whose owning being a bad bitch and go out there and be confident!"

All I got in return is a roll of the eyes, I mean, how rude! "I can never stop being sad. It's a life job... but I will relax today, I promise."

Thinking back to when me and Sofia first met, and we made a pact to make sure these two boys got together. It's sad almost, it's what bonded me and her. Making codes and schemes together, taking cute photos of them, and even making sure they did that talent show together to see if it sparked something. All of it finished in a beautiful day but still ending.

I looked back to my partner in crime and smiled, "Our mission is complete..."

Sofia shook her head back at me, "Did you forget about project 4? Code Blue?"

Memories flooded back; I was babysitting Sofia while Petey was on patrol when we decided to make another scheme. "Oh.. yeah. That's good then, I was about to get emotional" thank God I didn't, I was about to cry from this and my best friend going on his first date.

"Don't worry you will." She snarked at me. How dare she. I raised her better than that. Only get snarky at others, not me.

So, of course, I had to do the most dramatic gasp I could muster in the morning. Somehow, I ended up in Peters arms because the gasp turned into a dramatic faint. Don't ask me how. I don't make the rules. Sofia laughed and grabbed a comb for her dad, "Brush your hair before you go out dad." She demanded. As he took the comb, he pushed me (with resistance) into a standing position. I decided to flop back into his arms which was a mistake because Peter picked me up and threw me onto the couch with a lot of force that I felt the couch move backwards. "Fuc-adgeeee you Peter Parker!" I yelled, catching myself and my words.

"Fudge you too Wade Wilson!"

"Sofia Parker."

We both looked at the little girl we had raised who had just said her own name for no reason. "What? Mine was the only name left out..."

Well, that makes more sense. Pete swept her into his arm, lifting her to his eye level, "Yes, sorry. Now, are you excited to have a day with uncle Wade?"

I was happy to see her nod. "We are going to have fun, we promise not to spy on you and future dad Harley... well I do, and I'll do my best to make sure uncle Wade doesn't come near you."

Offended.

"Thank you, sweetie." Father Parker kissed child Parkers forehead, "Now, let's move the couch back and I need to finish getting ready."
