*Not sure when this will be out but I'm writing this the day after I posted my last chapter. Not much has changed. *
No One' POV
Back at the Parker apartment Wade, Peter and Sofia were packing duffle bags to bring to SI. The project of making them a three-man room had been completed and Tony had tasked them with the option of either he would buy them all new stuff, or they could bring some over; already feeling that Tony had done enough, Peter opted for the second option.
"Clothes, pyjamas, books, toys-"
"Shut up Peter!" Wade yelled from his and Peters room, "We already know what to pack!"
Peter turned to glare at the doorway from his spot standing next to the kitchen sink, "I know that Wade but I'm trying to work out what we have to bring and what I should buy on our way up!"
A loud bang made Sofia appear from her doorway. "What was that?"
She was ignored and Wade continued, "We only need to buy new toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner and body wash."
"Okay... you sure? I feel like we're missing something."
"You are." Sofia stalked up to Peter, climbing onto the dinging room chair to get onto the table, leaping from there to the counter to grab a glass, "We ned to get flowers for Mr and Mr Stark-Strange."
"Oh yes!" He kissed her on the forehead, "Thank you. You're much more help than that oaf."
"Oh, go fu- never mind." Wade started to mutter under his breath, rubbing his shoulder as if he had just knocked it on something. Peter smiled, going to join Wade in the grand scheme of separation of clothes. The two boys' wardrobes had merged but now, as they had to decide what to take an what not to, they started to bicker about what was originally theirs. So far, three t-shirts, two joggers and a pair of jeans were packed with the rest of their clothes thrown around the room.
"Why don't you two just pack pants and socks first. Then you can pick what you both find comfy to wear and bring that? That way you both still share clothes and agree on what gets brought over there. Orrr you can just read the inside labels- don't look at me like that! We both know Wade writes his name on everything he owns." Sofia said, rolling her eyes as she left.
Peter looked over to Wade, they both shrugged before doing exactly as she said. the duffle bags got filled with pants and socks first before a pilling system got put in place. There was a 'we both find comfy' pile and a 'I think we both wear this?' pile with a final 'lets be honest we never wear this' pile. In the end half of the first two piles were placed into the duffle bags before they were able to set off (only two things were thrown at each other). Sofia's duffle bag was packed and at the door as the two boys exited their room looking like they had just exited a war zone. "Ready?" their daughter/niece asked. With a slight nod of the head from each teenager, she smiled, grabbed her bag, and left.
The first stop was the little corner shop that seemed to always have everything in. The little bell went when they entered, and Peter said a polite hello to the clerk at the desk (feeling slightly awkward as he wasn't close with this man like he was with Mr Delmar). A little knot of anxiety built in Peters stomach with the realisation that this was the first time he'd left the house without even a cap and sunglasses for a disguise. With that thought in mind, Peter speed-walked around the shop, picking up items and paying for them. He's going annoyingly slow, Peter thought. When the last item was scanned, and the cash was thrown across the desk Peter finally jogged out of there. Even though nothing seemed out of the ordinary, Peter couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. Sensing what Peter felt, Wade got Sofia onto his shoulders, and he jogged along side Peter, saying to Sofia that it was to keep them in shape. As they approached SI and safety felt only a step away the feeling of someone's eyes on the back of his head didn't fall away. The hairs on his arms had risen. Not a good sign. "Hey, Wade, can you take Sofia inside and test our badges? I just need to chuck this in the bin." He held up the receipt for the toiletries. Wade sent him a weird look but left him, nevertheless.
Edging towards and alley that Peter knew for a fact there were no cameras and, indeed, a bin, he tried to see if the feeling followed him. It did. "Hello?" He asked the empty space. No answer drifted his way. Feeling silly, Peter chucked the receipt into the bin and walked away. At the mouth of the alley, he turned, just to make sure he hadn't missed anything. Dark green mist gracefully danced where he had just stood.

The flowers Sofia had picked out were already in a vase on the mantel piece (by Stephen's insistence) and Peter, Wade and Sofia were in the mists of unpacking. Harley was sat with Sofia organising where her toys should go whereas Wade and Peter were now bickering about what dresser draw to put them in (Tony has put one each near their beds). "Oh my gosh! Just use one from your clothes and the other for spare blankets or something or use on for trousers and shirts and the other for pants, socks and pjs!" Sofia yelled, exasperated. Looking nothing but amused, Harley put the final toy on the shelf. In the end Wade and Peter sat on their beds looking grumpy while Harley and Sofia put their stuff away. But by the time the more responsible duo were done Peter and Wade had made up and where now playing snap. "Wanna play?" Peter asked when he realised, they were being watched.
"Can we paly GoFish instead?" Sofia asked, plopping herself down next to Wade.
"Sure."
New cards were delt out. Harley's head was in Peters lap, trying and failing to be sneaky about looking at Peters cards, Sofia was using her feet to keep Wade away from looking at her own cards. Laughter escaping the safety of the walls attracted the world's mightiest heroes. So, once again, new cards were shuffled and added more. Within two hours there was three rings of GoFish playing. The aim was to make it up the legend round where the two players who were yet to fall beneath the levels were Peter and Natasha. With Sam and Scott failing miserably over and over again, staying putt at the bottom level. Every round lasted twenty minutes to keep everything going smoothly. FRIDAY was in charge of the timer and looking for cheaters. When someone (Clint) was found of cheating they (he) must wear the cone of shame. Sometimes when Natasha or Peter won before the twenty minutes were up the winning group went to fetch snacks for everybody. Though many arguments were thrown around the place the only one where more than two people agreed was when Tony tried to get FRIDAY to play AC/DC and everyone yelled, in unison, 'NO!'. So, every five minutes someone new got to pick a new song/two songs to fill the minutes. A system which worked well until Thor asked for traditional Asgardian music which resulted in a lot of battle cries screaming over the speakers with the Avengers and Co hiding under pillows and blankets for five minutes trying to make sure their ears didn't bleed while Thor sat, eyes closed, in perfect zen.
Eventually Stephan and Steve announced that it was time for dinner and (with much resistance) hauled everybody into the dining room for dinner. The next conversation was one what they should be making for dinner. Sofia wanted Indian take out, so they got Indian take out. When the guy arrived with a mountain of food for them Stephan said he'd do it in reference to when Tony tried to pay with a library card which started off the easy-going nights banter.
Noticing that his head seemed funny, Peter looked around the room to be met with a pair of red orbs staring back at him. Fully resisting the pressure, she was putting on his mind he continued to stare blankly at her, watching the failure dawn on her face before he was pulled into a conversation with Clint and Scott. But he was left fully aware of the eyes that still seemed to trying to burn a hole into the side of his head.
The night went on and Peter was aware Wanda kept staring at him and trying to get into his head. So far, he'd been able to push her off, but she kept persisting. Even when he took Sofia to tuck her into bed did, he feel the slight pressure in the back of his brain.
Even after he'd hugged everyone (and kissed Harley) goodnight, Peter felt her presence. Even when he knew she should be in bed. Even when he was lying in his own bed.
Only when he flet her leave his head could he fall asleep.
