Kristen's POV:

"You look so tired, baby, how long have you been up?" I asked Rob while we were waiting for my mom to arrive. He had dark circles under his eyes. "It's nothing." He tried to put it off. A true gentlemen as he was. "No seriously, you look like you're gonna pass out soon, have you slept at all last night? You've been up for more than 24 hours, I can tell."
"Do you think I would have been able to sleep? I've had a ton of coffee, love. Don't worry about me, please." He tried to reassure me. "You can put Michael on my chest so you'll be able to pick up Noelle when they arrive." I suggested.
"Okay" just a few minutes after Rob handed Michael over to me, the door opened and Noelle stumbled towards us " Mommy! Daddy!" Tears were welling up in my eyes once again. My mom entered the room behind him but excused herself right after, wanting to give us some privacy together. Rob picked up Noelle, hugging him tightly. A knock on the door interrupted us. "Excuse me, Mrs. Pattinson, your mother told me to surprise you with this. Grace will be fine on her own for half an hour, if you'd like to meet her."

Rob's POV:

The nurse carefully placed Grace on Kristen's chest next to Michael and left the room to grant us some space to adjust to our new family situation. "Wow" I breathed, looking at these four humans that made up my entire world. "I've never felt more complete in my life." My voice broke from the lump in my throat. Kristen smiled at me and helped Noelle to carefully give his new siblings a peck. "Are we all going home now, Mommy?" "No, baby, we'll have to stay here for a few more days to make sure Grace and Michael are totally healthy, you see? But you can sleep here with all of us, pumpkin, ok?"

Kristen's POV:

I was pushing the twin stroller down the driveway, holding onto Rob with my free hand. Noelle was on Rob's other hand and so we were walking towards the front door for the first time as a family. It felt more like a scene from a fairy tale than reality. But it was our new reality. We had been in the hospital for almost two weeks because of Grace's condition, but luckily, she was fine now. It felt "I love you all so much, Rob, you have no idea" I whispered, squeezing his hand and he looked at me with all the love in the world.
