As Gabby and Matt have been awake now for the past 2 hours while enjoying their twins kicking, they almost forgot that their friends are coming round and what would their friends be helping them today. Well as you know that Gabby is on complete bed rest her best friend Shay is coming by to sit with Gabby while Kelly and Stella help Matt paint the Nursery as they need to get started. "Gabby I need to go and put my old clothes on and get you a top"Matt said. "Oh yea Kelly Stella and Shay"Gabby said. "Why don't I get you something to eat once we're dressed"Matt said. "Yes please can I have some eggs on toast with bacon mushrooms and sauce please and don't forget my cravings please"Gabby said as Matt went to the bedroom before going to their kitchen.
Now Matt is dressed in his old work clothes he can now make their breakfast as Nancy comes down from her room to join them. "Hey son"Nancy said. "Morning mom do you want any breakfast I'm doing ours"Matt asks. "I'm fine at the moment I'll get something later"Nancy said. "Okay mom"Matt said as he was nearly finished making his and Gabby's food and he walks in with them on a trolley with the drinks where he can join Gabby before there friends arrive at 9:30am. "Thanks love for the breakfast"Gabby said. "Your'e welcome bab why don't we eat up before it gets cold and our friends arrive"Matt said. "I agree"Gabby said.
As the couple was enjoying their breakfast on the sofa their friends arrive for the day to hep them out as Nancy goes to the front door. "Good morning guys"Nancy said. "Good morning Nancy"Kelly said. "Where's Gabby and Matt"Stella and Shay asks. "They're both in the living room on the sofa"Nancy said. "Thanks"they all say as they walk in. During their breakfast and as their friends join them the twins start kicking. "Guys do you want to have a feel"Gabby as. "Yes please"the girls say. "Why don't you come over and let me put your hands on Gabby's stomach"Matt said. "Thanks"they both say. "Gabby Matt this is incredible"Stella says. "Yes it is"Gabby said. "What do you think of it Shay"Matt said. "It's bloomy beautiful feeling, feeling your own children kicking is awesome as we help the moms to be with the delivery"Shay says. "I know exactly what your'e saying Shay being a paramedic and seeing people giving birth and then holding their newborns and we've been apart of it"Gabby said. As Stella Shay and Matt are enjoying the twins kicking Kelly doesn't know what to feel.
"Kelly whats wrong"Matt asks. "I'm not sure mate"Kelly says. "Don't you want to feel them your'e basically going to be their Uncle"Matt says. "Kelly why don't you come here and feel them and let me put your hand on Gabby's stomach"Stella says as she does this Kelly has second thoughts. "This is awesome Matt your'e girls are kicking I didn't think it would be like this"Kelly said. "Why don't we get started on the painting so it will be dry before 12pm for the second coat"Matt asks. "Sorry Gabby Matt wants us both now"Stella says. "Thats ok Stella we've got other days when you can do this"Gabby said. "Thanks Gabby"Stella said.
"Gabby what do you want to talk about"Shay asks as Matt Kelly and Stella was in the nursery painting the first coat of their daughters nursery. "Here's the paint and the rollers guys"Matt said as they all get to work, outside in the living room Gabby and Shay talk about the importance stuff. "Gabby how are you feeling so far about being on bed rest"Shay asks. "So far it's been okay as Matt and I have been busy"Gabby said. "Have you had your birth plan appointment Gabby"Shay said. "Yes we done it last time we was at the hospital"Gabby said. "Are you going to spill girl"Shay said. "I'll tell you you somethings but not everything"Gabby said. "Okay girl"Shay said. As Gabby was getting ready to tell her best friend her birth plan that she hopes that will go smoothly and accordingly to plan.
"Shay I'm having a water birth my mom will be there once I've spoken to her we're having our own private room I'll have pain relief on standby and I'll be breastfeeding"Gabby said. "Thats an awesome plan"Shay said. "I'm going to ask her when we're on our own and Matt will be in the pool with me when I give birth"Gabby said. "Ahh I know you'll be fine Gabby"Shay said. "I know I'll be in safe hands with Matt and the help of mom and the midwife"Gabby says. "Do you want me to do anything for you"Shay said. "I'd love you if you can do me a couple of mixed CD'S off. Our favourite songs"Gabby said. "Of course Gabby when will you want it for"Shay asks. "As soon as you've done it please as we'll be sorting out the hospital bag before I reach 30 week"Gabby said. "I'll be on it when I get home"Shay said. "Thanks Shay"Gabby said.
Two hours later while Gabby and Shay are talking in the living room Matt Kelly and Stella have finished the first coat of painting they join Gabby and Shay back in the living room while it dries. "Matt hows it going in there"Gabby asks. "Its going well the colour looks much better on the walls than it does on the tin"Matt said. "Thats good news Matt"Gabby said. "Does it need another coat"Shay asks. "I think two coats are always best"Kelly said. "The we're doing two coats"Stella said. "Yes we are guys"Matt said. "We're having a tea break at the moment"Kelly says. "I'll go and do everyone a drink"Nancy said. "I'll come and help you"Shay said as they both went to make the cups of coffee for Stella Kelly Shay and water for Matt and Gabby.
"Nancy have you and Matt been looking after Gabby"Shay said. "Yes we are and we're making sure that Gabby doesn't over do it"Nancy said as the two was doing drinks for everyone. They take the drinks for everyone and as Matt wants to ask his friends about next week when they're back in the nursery. Now that Stella Matt and Kelly have finished their tea break they head back to the nursery to do the second coat so Matt can talk to them regarding the wedding. Now that they're in the room Matt is now going to ask them. "What are you two doing next week"Matt asks. "We're free most of the week"Stella says. "I was thinking of the Wednesday mid morning"Matt said. "Yes Wednesday is good for us and what are you doing"Kelly said. "I'm surprising Gabby with my vows"Matt said. "Ahh Gabby will love it"Kelly said. "We'll need to do some work as I'm meeting up with Antonio"Matt aid. "Say no more Matt"Stella said as they were nearly finished with the second coat.
Meanwhile back outside in the living room Gabby has fallen asleep as she usually does and Shay admires her best friends growing belly and she's very lucky that these two girls have soo many people in their lives. "I'm soo happy that my best friend is becoming a mom soon and that she's having two babies and not just the one"Shay said as Matt Kelly and Stella come out of the nursery 45 minutes later as they walked out. "Guys can you please be quiet"Shay said. "Is Gabby asleep"Stella said. "Yes she's been asleep for 45 minutes now"Shay said. "Thanks Shay for looking after Gabby while I painted the Nursery with Kelly and Stella"Matt said. "Thats okay Matt anything for my friends"Shay said. "We're going to leave now as Gabby rests for those twins of yours"Kelly said. "Call us if you need anything Matt"Shay and Stella said. "Thanks"Matt said
As everyone has left the Casey residence as Gabby was fast asleep on the sofa as Matt joins his pregnant fiancé. "Mom Gabby's sleeping please be quiet"Matt said. "Sorry Matt"Nancy said as she goes to her room. "I'm going to go to sleep"Matt said. As Matt joined his fiancé on the sofa he intertwines his fingers with Gabby's and then he places them on their growing baby bump Matt falls asleep as he holds his girls....
