"OKAYY DONUTSS!" Arden skipped over to the door and opened it holding it for Bella
"Why thank you!"
They walked into the donut shop and admired all the donuts, Arden was still thinking about Bella's comment from earlier 'maybe' she had admitted to hitting on her...maybe. She couldn't get it out of her head it made all of the feelings come forward again which was very confusing to navigate.
Somehow Bella had been feeling the same way, They couldn't say anything for the same fear of Arden not feeling the same.
"what donut are you getting?" Arden said looking through the glass indecisively
"my tried and true!"
"which isss?"
"the vegan glazed DUH"
"I should've guessed that!! I'm getting the one with pink frosting, I have no idea what it is but it looks delicious" Arden laughed walking up to the counter
"hi, how can I help you today?" the worker smiled
"hi! ill get the donut there with pink frosting" she said pointing at it through the display case "and also a vegan glazed!"
"is that all for you today?"
"yep!" Arden responded taking out her card
"your total comes to $11.25"
She paid, took the donuts and smiled at Bella as they walked out
"you didn't have to pay for mine"
"yeah but I wanted to, consider it a goodbye gift since your leaving mee soonnn" Arden responded opening the driver's seat door "you know what? how about you drive!"
"me?!" Bella asked
"you!" Arden said walking over to the passenger side and handing Bella the keys
"okkkaaayy!"
They got in the car and Bella handed Arden the aux "I'm driving you're in charge of music"
"JUST ME!? FUCK YEAH I GOT SOME BOPS!!"
"I'M VERY EXCITED"
"I'm putting on The party & The after party by the weeknd" She said turning up the volume
"fucking banger"
"it seems we have similar music taste"
"you have amazing taste"
"I know" she smiled genuinely at Bella accidentally staring before realizing and opening her phone
